Very disappointed with the KeraSoy 4130 wax supplied by Eroma.
I have used KeraSoy 4130 from other suppliers many times and never experienced the issues I am having with the batch I purchased from Eroma.

This wax has shown consistently poor performance, including:

Very weak scent throw compared to the same product from other suppliers

Tunnelling even when tested with multiple wick sizes

Difficulty finding a wick that performs correctly, even when following standard diameter guidelines

Inconsistent burning behaviour that does not match the typical characteristics of genuine 4130

Based on years of using this wax successfully, it is clear that the product I received does not behave like standard KeraSoy 4130.

I reached out to Eroma for support, but the response did not resolve the issue. I asked them how I could send a sample to be analyzed and they have not said anything. I also asked them for a refund, requiring a refund form or steps to follow, they have not come to me by now.

I am sharing this review so that other candle makers are aware of potential inconsistencies. I hope Eroma investigates their batches more thoroughly to ensure customers receive a product that performs as advertised.

Easy to navigate website and payment options. However 10+ days before they posted any items.

First of all I like to mention that I used to go to the Ormeau store to purchase my supplies and the service was lovely. However, I now have moved interstate and tried to make an order online but my order history was strangely wiped out so I tried to enquire and called, 40 minutes later!!!! No one answered to assist then I tried to do the "live chat" button...I gave up half an hour later, absolutely disgusting, will order somewhere else from now on. Sorry Eroma, you lost my business.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rita in Sydney quite a few times both in person and on the phone, her friendliness and knowledge are second to none!!

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered over $400 worth of products which arrived damage. Tried numerous time to contact customer service, three months later no refund or replacement. Very appalling.

Appalling service, no customer service and poor business ethics.

Steer clear of this business our most recent experience was $800 worth of goods that were not dispatched and they refuse to refund.

This wasn't the first issue - just the one that pushed us to finally leave a review

Does not give a hoot about customers deliveries take 2 weeks to receive from Melbourne to Sydney and 3 weeks from Sydney to central coast. Don’t bother taking to them they just do t care. Go to candle supply Rhodes way better service and fast delivery and better value for same products.
