This is basically a scam website that uses more legitimate businesses online marketplaces like Bunnings or Woolworths so people don’t actually look up the company and see their terrible reviews. Their customer service is extremely hostile bordering on abusive and they refuse returns even on products that are broken or defective. Also notice their only positive reviews all come from new accounts and were all posted in a group within days of each other. Very suss. Even Temu is a more professional operation tbh.

CHEAP AND NASTY RUBBISH!

Don't buy from them! The products I bought were cheap and nasty and I couldn't use them. Trying to return them was a nightmare. Salesbay were sooooo unprofessional. In the end I drove a 3 hour round trip to return the product and was shocked at the state of the premises when I got to Salesbay's office in Epping. The front entrance area was piled high with junk, I'm guessing it was stuff other unhappy customers had returned. No one was there to greet me and when someone finally came to speak to me she was rude, unhelpful and refused to even acknowledge that I had just returned five boxes of their product to them. She told me to "take a photo" to prove I had returned them because no one from Salesbay would officially acknowledge receipt of them. I then had to chase Salesbay and Big W for weeks to get my refund (I only got part of my money back after lodging a Paypal complaint) and Big W's customer service was the worst I've ever had. Be very wary of buying anything from Salesbay or Big W Marketplace

Lounge arrived with cuts in the fabric.
Salesbay refused to acknowledge.
Office of Fair Trading intervened and Salesbay accused me of cutting the lounge myself.
Disgusting behaviour and no customer service focus.

Sold me a product with a missing item…

Sold me a product with a missing item and I got told that I brought the two shelf option ( with extra screws just no shelf ) the only option was black or white.
Customer service is shocking do not buy from this place. You won’t get what you pay for it seems like most of these reviews :(

The worse experience I have ever had

The worse experience I have ever had. There is absolutely no responsibility in that the refund for a faulty product that was delivered to me took almost two months with a looooooot of headache. Woolworth's Everyday Market was the conduit (very passive) and there was a 5-day gap between each simple email message. Salesbay disappointed me and also shows that Everyday Market accepts working with sellers without any research on them and leaves the hassle of waiting for a nasty seller to respond to the customer.

Do not buy furniture from this company

Do not buy furniture from this company, it is very very poor quality. Not at all how it looks on their website in the pictures. The box it came in was inadequate and pieces were damaged in the box. I had to assemble it to know if the damaged pieces would be seen and they were. It also had some incorrect hinges for the doors to be fitted and waited too long for the replacements. I have 14 emails to and fro and I am still waiting for a partial refund. In order to get a full refund they wanted it back how it came in the box. That’s next to impossible and it took hours and hours to put together. It has now got bowed shelves inside the cupboard already from the wet weather even though it is inside my house. All in all it is a rubbish product not worth buying.

Horrible customer service…

Horrible customer service experience with this company. They have a blatant disregard for honesty and trustworthiness. Their delivery service is painfully slow, taking weeks to fulfil orders, if they even bother to deliver at all. Even after requesting a cancellation and refund, they still proceed with delivery, showcasing a complete lack of respect for customer requests. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with deceit and frustration.

Rude customer service

Rude customer service. I received a faulty exercise bike. Sent them footage that it was faulty.

They would not refund despite agreeing the product was faulty. Do not buy I have wasted a month of my life trying to get my money back. Theif!

I had already seen the typical player chairs everyone uses in videos, but I had never owned one. Since I bought this model I understand why they use them so much, they are very comfortable! I recommend this website 100%.

My wife and I needed to exercise at home since we didn't have time to go to the gym. I bought two of these stationary bikes, and we are amazed, they are outstanding, and we can spend hours on them without even noticing.

I never thought my kids would be able to spend so much time in our garden, but these two chairs and tables have done it. I bought them a while ago, and the attention and service have been exceptional. I recommend them 100%.
