Bought Palm Meander High Back Cobalt / M/L May 2025. Escape Watersports were friendly and efficient and competitively priced and delivered on time. I bought this buoyancy aid for use on my kayak and it is perfect. Much more comfortable than a full back version as it doesn't foul the kayak seat back. Highly recommend both Escape Watersports and the PFD.

Placed an order with this company a couple of weeks ago where unfortunately I have not received the order!
Contacted the company 11 days ago and they keep informing me that they are waiting for reply from Royal Mail which should not take this length of time!
Requested a refund but still waiting and receive negative replies to my correspondence.
Feel like I am being fobbed off as a first and last time customer.
Awful experience with this company.

After initial problems trying to place an order online (website glitch) these guys came up trumps.
Customer service from Beckii was outstanding, followed up my complaint to find out the problem, & sorted it out within a couple of hours.
Item ordered was dispatched the same day, & was received via DPD the following day.
Many thanks for a great service !

Good range of products and reasonable prices, with excellent service. Definitely will use again. They cannot match Amazon for same or next day delivery, free delivery etc. But apart from that they are great.

I purchased my Ripcurl cabin bag on Sunday from Escape Watersports as a sale item, I was not expecting a DPD fast delivery which was free and my bag arrived lunch time today Tuesday.

As of April 3rd company no longer stocks the dagger stratos 14.5. Very disappointed as this was my local go to company for kayaks and kit. Use canoe and kayak store for better service!

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered 2 life jackets and a drybag and they came first thing the next day. Absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this company and I'd use them again.

I bought my first full-length winter wetsuit from Escape Watersports and it was an excellent, easy experience.

I found the Ripcurl Freelight 4/3 wetsuit on their website and it was by far the cheapest price I'd seen.

I was a little nervous about sizing and making sure I got the right fit. The sizing guide is pretty accurate - I'm 6', around 80kg with a 34-36 waist, and LARGE fits like a glove, tight but not too tight.

FYI - I'm a 63-year-old Aussie, just getting back into surfing (bodyboarding), reasonably fit and trim, however, over the years I've picked up a little baggage around the tummy... but if you were younger, and slimmer (and most of you will be... dammit!) you could consider a MEDIUM or stick with LARGE... however, I'd strongly suggest trying one for size instore first... I didn't do that obvs, because who ever takes their own advice?!

Outstanding, awesome, brilliant and fantastic are some of the words that come to mind when dealing with Escape Watersports. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to watersports. Unlike other kayak shops I've experienced they have live stock on their website so if it shows stock the have it! I wanted to handle many different types of kayak paddle to see size and weight differences and everything I wanted to look at they had. Nothing was a problem and their expertise were amazing. I highly recommend shopping here. If you can venture down to their shop this is a must! 10/10.

Neoprene pants half price at £35 and free delivery , xxl (I’m 6’2”) and fit great and looks decent quality . Items arrived via Royal Mail with regular updates to delivery status three days later , would recommend and will use again myself in the future .

Extremely disappointed with the product and the aftersales service. I bought a YAK Horizon size L drysuit in November 2023 and tried it on. The neckseal was unbelieveably tight and hurt putting it on. I am slim build with a smallish head. I registered this with Escape asking if I should trim it lager. The said no it would get easier with wear. It was March before I started using it and after half a dozen times the neck seal split, at which point they said they didnt cover seals and I had it get it fixed on my own cost. I persevered my arguement to no avail. Why they offer advice on stuff they dont cover I do not understand. I am very disappointed with the suit, not only was the neck seal so tight and failed, the built in socks are massive, big enough for a size twelve or more and as my feet are size eight I have to push all this extra material into my dinghy boots which then really squash my toes. I am 72 and have had a selection of drysuits over time but this is certainly he worst and the worst after sales service.

Purchased flotation device and neoprene shoes for SUP. Purchase, delivery comm'n, speed of delivery, packaging all good & easy. Haven't used gear yet but it all looks as described. Satisfied customer.

Ordered some Palm Zenith dry trousers & Palm Clutch gloves from Escape Watersports and they were so quick getting my order dispatched that it had arrived by 10am the next morning, just in time for my Sunday paddle club! My order arrived in perfect condition without loads of plastic packaging and I was super pleased with the service & would definitely order from Escape Watersports again.

I researched the best place to buy C-skin hats and Escape Watersports ticked all the boxes. Excellent Trust Pilot reviews (I usually check companies on here before I buy from them), free postage and free returns. I bought 2 in different sizes and it was SO easy to return the one that didn't fit. I don't have a printer at home so it was fab that one of the options available was for the Post Office to not only pick up the parcel from my home on a day of my choosing but, to also provide a pre-printed returns label for me to fix to the package. Within minutes after collection I got my email from the PO to confirm the parcel had been picked up. It arrived back at Escape Watersports the following day and I was refunded on Thursday - the parcel was collected on Monday. I'd thoroughly recommend and I'd use them again for sure! Thanks

Excellent company. I've ordered an absolute ton of kayaking gear (including a kayak) from them over the past year. Shipping is always very quick and on the one or two occasions I've had to contact customer services about something, they've responded very quickly. They have a huge range of gear and competitive prices, and they're usually the first place I check if I need something new. Returns are very simple too, and they pay for postage of returns, which is unusual these days.
