Had an issue with SUP Pump - not their fault as manufacturer didn't provide correct info on charging. Returned it with no issues- we have bought other items previously from Northshore and would recommend them no problem - good friendly service.

Great customer focused service - Kevin went out of his way to help. I would absolutely trust and recommend Northshore Watersports.

I started to place an order for a small item, £6.50, and was told the delivery was £3.99. However when I clicked to pay with PayPal the total was suddenly £19.99 with no explanation! They also asked for DoB when I tried to pay by credit card so I did not continue.

Avoid this ‘company’. Very dubious

I recently visited Northshore Watersports, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through their impressive product range. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices, which allowed me to find exactly what I needed without breaking the bank.

The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchases. I’m definitely planning to shop at Northshore Watersports again soon. Kudos to the team for creating such a positive shopping environment!

I've just bought my first paddleboard from NSWatersports, their price was the best I could find. It took a few days to come, as quickly as I expected for such a large parcel.

The website had plenty of details to help me choose the correct board, and so far it seems ideal. They have lots of accessories so I think I'll be using them in the future.

On 4-Sep-2023 I placed an order for delivery in Spain (UE Country). The shipment took 28 days to reach me because it was stuck at Customs.
According to NorthShore Watersports website:
"All prices shown on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%". This is definitely not the case.
The prices DO NOT include VAT, because the delivery mail received when placing the order explicitly stated afterwards: VAT = 0%
To be able to release my products, I had to pay an additional 166 EUR of Custom taxes (which included the "missing" VAT that was supposed to be included already in the price.
I will NEVER place an order from NorthShore Watersports again and I will NEVER recommend them.

I placed an order for delivery in Paris. The shipment took 11 days to reach the French mail company, from the United Kingdom. Then, it was left for more than 5 days in French customs, without NorthShore Watersports doing anything about it. When contacting the company's support area, their response was that this was no longer a problem of the company but of the French postal company.

Made an order paid..waited 2 weeks then received a refund with no explanation..now have to buy from somewhere else and 2 weeks behind delivery..poor job!!

Great service. My item came the next day in perfect condition. Just £2 standard postage for a very small item - made it economical enough to order by itself. Many thanks!

My order online went through quickly, and was dispatched the next day. One of my items did not arrive, however I recieved a very apologetic reply to my email regarding the issue almost instantly. The missing item was confirmed and dispatched the next day. Some of the best service I've had when dealing with an issue for some time, hence the 5 stars!
