Refund nicht erhalten – enttäuschender Kundenservice

Ich habe eSkooly Pro Premium für 150 € und separat Hosting für 103 € gekauft. Nach etwa einer Woche habe ich mich gegen die Lösung entschieden und den Refund für das Premium-Paket innerhalb der beworbenen 14-Tage-Frist direkt bei eSkooly beantragt.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per E-Mail und WhatsApp erhielt ich keine Antwort. Erst nachdem ich 2Checkout/Verifone eingeschaltet hatte, kam eine Reaktion von eSkooly. Die Rückerstattung für das Hosting wurde abgelehnt, und auch die 158 € für das Premium-Paket wurden mir bis heute nicht zurückerstattet.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – nicht nur wegen der Software, sondern vor allem wegen des Umgangs mit der Refund-Anfrage und des fehlenden Kundenservices. Ich kann eSkooly daher leider nicht empfehlen.

I purchased Eskooly Pro through 2Checkout expecting a complete educational management platform as advertised. Unfortunately, several key services were not delivered.

The branded Android and iOS apps have not been delivered. Modules advertised as included require additional payment. Some core features such as Excel export for attendance do not work.

The website advertises 24/7 support but responses are extremely slow or completely absent. After requesting a refund within their 14-day refund policy, they stopped responding entirely.

I have now opened a dispute with my bank and Visa. I strongly advise potential customers to be careful.

eSkooly helped us move toward a fully digital school environment. Student records are now secure, organized, and easy to retrieve. The system has improved transparency and accountability across departments.

Teachers in our school are very satisfied with eSkooly. It reduces paperwork and allows them to focus more on teaching. Managing classes, marking attendance, and reviewing student data is now quick and simple.

I was introduced to eSkooly through my child’s school, and I must say it has made things easier. Instead of relying on paper notices or delayed updates, information is available in one place. The system feels stable and trustworthy. It’s good to see schools in the UK using technology that actually works and improves transparency.

I like that everything is structured and easy to understand, even for someone who is not very technical. Compared to older systems, this feels much more modern and reliable. At this point, Eskooly has refused to provide the service I paid for and has stopped responding altogether. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service.

I am still requesting a solution or a full refund, and I hope Eskooly addresses this issue as soon as possible.
