This is the second experience I have had contacting Eskuta after buying my SR-1200. The first was to ask whether I could swap my front light bulb for an LED one. Totally unexpectedly, they confirmed I could and sent one to me completely free of charge. Then last week I contacted them about a problem with the bike cutting out while going up inclines. I filled out a form and an engineer rang me back within the 48 hours specified. He diagnosed a faulty switch and sent one out to me the next day. Great service.

SX250 - Purchased this bike for my 75Yr old mother to enable her to get out and about while she is still fit enough to do so. Had a few issues which have now been resolved with the help of Michael and Sara at Eskuta

The Eskuta is great but the battery go so faster🥺

I received my bike and looks great. Mike who delivered the bike was fantastic and talked me through it all. I ordered my bike with Sam and the was great customer service. I had all my questions answered and was kept up to date by email and phone calls on when the bike would be delivered. Only thing I would say is that it would be nice if you was told when ordering the bike that you could take out yearly maintenance on bike when you order bike . I was was not aware of this. But is a fantastic bike and great customer service

The bike itself is great but i was not told much about how long it would take, at first i was told 4 to 6 weeks but nearly 2 months waiting for the bike, had to contact you about everything from the transactions to even getting the receipt, but overall fantastic bike, one of my favourites to use around London, perfect to save money on transportation every year, think more people should get eskuta as a bike to save them money and cut costs on petrol and fuel. I have yet to find any issues with the bike but i would like more information when getting the bike about why the key isn't the thing that turns the bike on but rather its with the remote, plus include more information for future clients as some might not know what to do.

Love the bike! Customer service was really great. Only issue was that delivery took longer than the stated 4-6 weeks

I ordered my Eskuta yesterday and wanted to make some additions and alterations to the order. I had an online conversation with Michael who was extremely helpful. He answered my queries promptly and sorted everything really quickly - what a refreshing experience!

What a great bike, looks good feels great and no effort to ride. I've not been off it since i got it. We'll done Eskuta. ❤️

After speaking with Michael. We've now had a talk and all issues have been resolved. Now had the order expedited and should now be with me within 10 mins. As well as a discount just for having to put up with the delays. Thank you Michael for sorting me out

Ive had my bike just over a week now and omg it makes travel so much easier than waiting for buses to go to and from work ive cut my travel time by nearly half i would deffo recommend this product to anyone who asks about it... yea only one downside is you have to wait for the bike to be made but after the wait you will be surprised! Love this bike so much

I initially placed a order with Sara, who was kind, patient and answered any questions I had about the product. Production and delivery can take around six weeks - but it’s well worth the wait.

I work for Just Eat, and I have been looking for something that can help me with delivery work. I want something that has a positive impact on the environment, cost effective and has a huge range. The E-Skuta SX250 has a 50 mile range so I purchased an additional battery to double the range.

The product is due to arrive Wednesday, I’ll be making a review on my YouTube channel and updating trustpilot accordingly with my experience.

Very pleased with their quality of the scooters provided they have good battery health and are very reliable.

I took delivery of my Voyager today and quickly assembled it. Being a 6'1" tall 21stone man I was dubious as to whether the electric motor would be effective. I got a very pleasant surprise and can say in all honesty this was not the case. The bike is fabulous at everything. I headed for a steep hill I would struggle to walk up and the cycle performed way beyond my expectations. Well done Eskute..

What a fantastic product the Eskuta 250d is for my business. I put in a order and received my bike before the estimated lead time. I was updated by email and calls throughout this stage. Excellent customer service from Sara and the customer team at Eskuta. I was so impress with the bike and service ended up ordering another. They look very good outside the shop eye-catching👌.
