Super helpful, incredibly fast delivery and any questions I had were answered so quickly. Arranging a replacement liner for a kep helmet in the next size down couldn't have been easier.

Not finished well

It’s a nice helmet and came in the time frame. However for £840, the finish isn’t great. The outer edge of the helmet that goes around your ears and back of your head has a really rough finish and screws are on display. You would have thought for the price there would be at least put a cap or something to cover black screws on display. It’s a real shame as I have a helmet (from a different company) that was £80 and the finish is much better on it. Really disappointed overall.
UPDATE: espayo equestrian have been in touch and asked me to amend my review and will give me a £50 voucher which I have declined. And I quote ‘the areas you’ve highlighted are small’ despite saying my helmet should not arrive with paint missing and white bits already showing through. Also ‘it will not affect the overall effect of the helmet when worn’ so despite their being chips in it, because it still works as a helmet, it’s obviously seems acceptable. And as a retailer they said ‘will not be held responsible for these production tolerances.’Despite myself paying them as the retailer in exchange for a premium product. This isn’t a witch hunt, this is to help other people who don’t have a throw away amount of over £800 for a helmet that doesn’t match the premium price tag. It took me a years to save for this as I suspect with most people. So I would not recommend this retailer they sell the product and take your money but appears the quality (or lack of)the helmet isn’t there problem.

Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We're glad to hear the helmet arrived within the expected timeframe, but we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the finish.

What you’ve described doesn’t sound typical of the helmets we supply. We only work with premium brands, and the build quality and finishing standards are normally very high, especially at this price point. Because of that, we’d really like to look into this further for you.

If possible, could you please send us a few photos of the areas you’re referring to (particularly the edge around the ears/back of the helmet and the screws you mentioned)? This will help us review the issue properly and determine if there may be a defect or if something isn’t as it should be.

I highly recommend Espayo

I am so impressed with Espayo / their Customer Service is second to none and everyone I have dealt with is very helpful. The selection of products is great considering they are a small company. I would definitely recommend Espayo.

le montant des frais de douane est très élevé et il est impossible de se faire rembourser

Pour être honnête, serviable et constructif, je trouve qu'il serait préférable de donner le montant des frais de douane lors de la commande. De +, il est impossible de se faire rembourser.

We completely understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately, customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control as a retailer. These charges can vary depending on the country, the value of the order, and how the items are assessed on arrival, which means we’re unable to accurately advise an exact amount at the time of ordering.

In terms of refunds, we are of course always happy to accept returns in line with our policy, however any customs duties or import fees are non-refundable as they are not paid to us.

As a small business, we always aim to be as transparent as possible and to support our customers wherever we can. If you felt comfortable doing so, we would really appreciate you considering updating your review to reflect that these charges are outside of our control.

Fast delivery and lovely products!

Ordered from Espayo a few times now and I am always so pleased! The delivery is fast and packaging is beautiful. I had been trying to get a samshield helmet for ages, other suppliers had told me 12 weeks wait, but Espayo had the stock I needed for next day delivery. Would definitely recommend.
