Customer service is wonderful
Customer service is wonderful. I had a little problem ordering the first time, but customer service was very responsive and helpful. The order arrived VERY quickly. It was actually as fast if not faster than if I had ordered from a company in the US.

I have been purchasing my Hausbrandt…
I have been purchasing my Hausbrandt coffee from you for the last year and half. The service is great. The coffee gets delivered very quickly and fresh. The only issue I have is the cost has gone up and it’s getting more and more expensive to continue.

Great experience
I am based in Paris and ordered online from Espresso International Passalacqua Harem coffee and several ClubHouse Rosa espresso cups. They were beautifully wrapped and packaged. The coffee is amazing but most importantly the espresso cups are much thicker than others. You can smell it before sipping, and it keeps it warm longer. A beautiful experience. And I loved the little gift that was included (hint: almonds)

Wonderful coffee and great service
I love how easy it is to navigate through the website, and I love the variety there is of the different types of coffees. The coffee that Espresso International carries is the best I have ever tried.
