They will not refund me the initial fee of £29.90
I explained the situation to No avail!
I have just had a Stroke and was not fully compos mentos received pop-up and kept pressing buttons to get rid of it!!
Not realising I have entered into a contract with gaming company
They stated my fee is for a renewal!!
I have never been in a gaming website
These people are scam mongers and will not refund initial joining fee only will allow future annual payments to be cancelled!
Please don’t get conned by these people, they just use pop~ups to get you hooked into paying £29.90
Please be aware of this fly by night company 😩

I accidentally subscribed for this. As soon as I realised what I had done I immediately contacted ESR support and explained my financial situation, and within 5 days they had refunded me the full subscription fee.
I can't thank them enough for their help. They didn't have to refund me, but they did. Again, thank you. I will certainly recommend these in the future, and if I'm able financially to afford their services I will services i will use them.

Who are these? I’ve had a payment come out of my bank but don’t know who they are or why they have taken money from my account

Somehow they have tricked me via random phishing into paying £29.99 per month which I luckily spotted and cancelled with my bank before they could take my money!

Accidentally accepted a 'free offer' which didn't appear to actually give me anything, then first direct cancelled my card for attempted fraudulent withdrawals

Like others I appeared to trigger a £0.00 offer from online search.
The next day the company attempted to take £29.90 from my bank account. Payment was blocked by Nat West as suspicious. Be careful using this site.

Customer support was prompt in answering and helping with my issue. Highly recommend.

Having had dealings Esr live, they have proven to be an honest and excellent organisation.

We signed up by accident for their service and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service. The reply came within a few days and they were well aware of our situation and gave us the benefit of the doubt - one of my kids by accident had said yes to a request not knowing he had signed up - and refunded everything. Superb customer service, professional communication and follow up. Thank you

**UPDATE** after complaining, ESR HAVE returned my payment as a goodwill gesture. Still feel the money is obtained very sneakily and the notification they said I would have received with Ts&Cs, payment options etc were never given, however I do have to give them credit for refunding me. Just be careful if this isn't something you are choosing to subscribe to.

Same thing - Supposedly leaving a review for a takeaway where they had me click on a QR code. Backed out when asked to pay 1p. Shop asked me to try again but 1p requested so I closed my phone. Now I've been charged 1p AND £29.90. Asking ESR to reimburse, they've said tough - I agreed to all these screens supposedly showing me Ts & Cs, pricing plans etc when actually, there were NO screen notifications at all. Complete QR-Phishing scam.

I inadvertently triggered a subscription to Esr. I first became aware when £29.90 was deducted from my bank account. I contacted Esr and they responded immediately. The matter has been resolved and I have been reimbursed fully and my subscription cancelled. It is encouraging to see a company acting so swiftly and fairly.
