We've been using Essentra Secuirty for a while now and have always found them very willing to help with any issues. The company as a whole seems very efficient, which is a breath of fresh air. James looks after our account and is willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommend.

Following a software update, I spoke with Jackson from Technical Support. He screen shared with me as he soon realised I was somewhat struggling to follow the download instructions. He provided awesome immediate support and was incredibly knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I was up and running. Great job! As the new software is very different to the old software, I feel confident he will be on the other end of the line to provide support when I need help producing the ID badges. After going into a meltdown when 3 days out from my event, I realised that the lanyards I'd ordered from elsewhere were on a 4-week turnaround, I found Essentra's details on Google offering swift delivery. I have never been so impressed with a company as I am with you guys. The service has been exemplary and the lanyards have arrived a day earlier than promised, taking away even more stress. The fabric quality and print quality are superb - far better than the ones I'd originally ordered, so I couldn't be happier.
