The logistics suck ! The product are great if you receive them . I’ve been waiting over a month still no products 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am so disappointed to have to place this review that Ava Estell Avaestell.com IG @avaestell I a scam they do not mail out product they will keep sending you emails stating your product has been delivered and it has not been processed at all. I was looking forward to trying the product and they will keep trying to charge your card the monthly membership fee. Beware.

I have used Ava Estelle products all throughout my pregnancy and it was the best choice I made, I was confident that I was using safe and clean products on my skin, I didn’t have have any issues with order per say, and when I ordered just before Christmas it did take a few days but when I contacted company they were very prompt to respond and reassured me I would receive my items, and before I knew it products arrived just before Christmas. With regards to VIP in my experience you cannot be enrolled into the VIP without consent and to be honest when I did sign up for it it actually facilitated me getting the products the first time I ordered it. With this being said it’s the second time I ordered during the Christmas sales I went ahead and ordered 10 items in one go and I’ll be back for me, also I ordered products for my toddlers and it works wonders on their skin. Company is not fraudulent, communication is great and customer service is good and overall company is 100% reliable.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with AVA Estelle. I placed an order over a month ago and never received my item, which is frustrating enough. But what made it worse was their excuse—they claimed they were having trouble making international deliveries. Which by reading the reviews seems like a common excuse. Honestly, that’s not something I expect from a professional company.

As a Black-owned business, I wanted to support them, but this just left me feeling let down. It’s disappointing and beyond frustrating. I would rate them 0.

Wouldn’t allow me to return a product (or even exchange it) that caused a breakout. Their refund policy is very misleading

I bought their facial scrub and night cream. Night cream ended up giving me spots and they refused to give me my money back due to it “not meeting their returns criteria”.

I purchased a £25 digital gift card from Ava Estell, but they never sent the code. When I reached out, their response was that they “cannot send out the code during their ongoing sales event” and asked me to contact them again after it ends.

This is completely unacceptable. They took my money and failed to deliver what I paid for. A sales event shouldn’t prevent a company from fulfilling a basic purchase. Despite my attempts to resolve this, I received no refund and no gift card.

Ava Estell is a scam. I will never order from them again, and I urge others to avoid this company.

From order to delivery was over a 2 week period - there were multiple emails received indicating the order was coming sooner but it would have been better to receive the estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.

The products are quality but smaller than expected.

I orderd Black Friday products on their advertised promotion. Paid for items, got confirmation of order and that was the end of it. Never received confirmation of postage, I cannot track the item and it has been silence to this day. Thieves.

I love the hair growth serum, since I started using it my hair has grown so much more. I always struggled with growing my hair and after constantly using it I seen such a big different in both length and volume of my hair.

These products are the only thing I've found that consistently works for my skin. I'm mixed race carribean and I have oily/combination skin type. My best products are the face scrub, the face mousse and the toner/cleanser, aswell as the summer and winter creams! My complexion is glowing! I would never switch. And their customer service is absolutely top notch. Love love love this company!

Had a one off order from this company, didn't sign up for any membership or subscriptions, but somehow this company started taking £20 pounds from my bank account. I've emailed this company a few times asking for a refund haven't heard anything back from them.. shame!!! Scam!!!

I would love to rate you 5 stars but I would lying. The 3 stars are purely for the results of using your product which really do work, however, I fully agree with the other comments regarding your customer service it is below an acceptable standard and I don’t understand why the owner is not addressing the issues of delayed products, the VIP I’m sorry is a waste of money especially as I had to chase you for the skincare set I ordered and paid for which included next day delivery only to be told after I queried why I had not received it, your response was product availability like I said in my email you should not be offering a delivery option you cannot guarantee, I then had to request some of my delivery payment back which is something you should have automatically actioned. It is time for the owner to take accountability and address the issues being raised by customers, but I don’t think he will as I’ve seen countless complaints and comments on the company social media pages were customers are asking for their products and there is no response. Your really letting yourselves down but I can see you don’t care.

This product definitely works its not a gimmick I've been using it for over a year now I sat and watched this company for a good six months before I started purchasing and I'm so glad I did. It helps with different skin conditions smells really nice and is gentle on the skin I've even subscribed which is worth it and they have really good sales.

Absolutely love this range of products and all natural too. Having sensitive skin meant a journey searching for a range that really worked. Ava is excellence in a range of cleansers scrubs and moisturisers. The shower range is great too. The body butter smells devine.

After only one order the company took £20 from my account after a month.

This company is fraudulent. After placing a single order, I was automatically enrolled in their VIP subscription without my consent, and they charged me over £20 per month.

I was unaware of these charges until I checked my emails and discovered that three payments had been taken from my account. When I contacted them, they claimed it was for a VIP membership that I never signed up for, and I hadn’t made any additional purchases after my first order. Despite this, they refused to refund the £60 they had taken.

Avoid this company at all costs—they are a scam! Scam!! SCAM!!!"
