Experiența mea la această clinică a fost peste așteptări. Totul a fost organizat clar și eficient încă din prima zi. Domnul Adrian, traducătorul, a făcut o diferență majoră. A fost mereu prezent, implicat și foarte atent la nevoile mele. Comunicarea a fost simplă și fără stres datorită lui.

Clinica este foarte curată și bine echipată. Personalul este amabil și profesionist. Se vede clar că au experiență și știu exact ce fac. M-au tratat cu respect și au avut grijă să mă simt confortabil pe toată durata procedurii.

Operația de transplant a decurs fără probleme. Tehnica DHI folosită oferă un rezultat natural. Chiar dacă sunt la început de drum, aspectul actual al părului implantat arată foarte bine, des și corect poziționat.

Sunt mulțumit de tot ce am primit, de la servicii până la rezultat. Recomand cu încredere această clinică oricui își dorește un transplant de păr făcut corect.

Everything was very well planned and organized. The team at Estemark took care of everything, and I didn’t have to worry about anything other than getting to Istanbul. I highly recommend this clinic—they are very professional, and the doctors are excellent!

Esperienza meravigliosa, oltre le mie aspettative.....!Ho trovato Estemark su internet, ho chiesto un consulto gratuito compilando un modulo ed ho ricevuto subito l' assistenza di Nalan una ragazza che parlava un perfetto italiano molto gentile, professionale e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, a spiegarmi ogni cosa ed a tranquillizzarmi quando necessario. Come concordato sono partito dall' Italia con la mia compagna per un trapianto di circa 7500 bulbi. Abbiamo dovuto solo prenotare il volo senza pensare ad altro. Abbiamo avuto trasferimenti vip tra aeroporto, hotel e clinica dall' arrivo alla partenza Un grande ringraziamento al dott.Mehmet ed al suo staff ...super professionale e qualificato!!!!Siamo stati seguiti in tutto e per tutto. Nalan continua ad assistermi a distanza di 40 giorni dall' intervento.... Non resta che aspettare che crescano i capelli. Grazie mille a tutti!!!!!

Решил оставить отзыв, потому что сам перед пересадкой долго искал нормальную клинику и читал чужие отзывы.

Делал пересадку волос в Estemark примерно две недели назад - сейчас уже есть понимание, как всё прошло и как идёт восстановление. Если коротко - я реально доволен и ни разу не пожалел, что выбрал именно эту клинику.

С самого начала всё было очень адекватно: без навязывания, всё спокойно объяснили, ответили на вопросы. В самой клинике нормальная атмосфера, не как на конвейере, а чувствуется человеческое отношение.

Отдельный респект менеджеру Севиль - она русскоговорящая и это сильно облегчает весь процесс. Всегда на связи, всё объясняет, помогает, подсказывает. В другой стране это очень важно, потому что ты не чувствуешь себя «один на один» с ситуацией.

Сама операция прошла спокойно. Если честно, ожидал, что будет хуже, но всё оказалось вполне терпимо. Врачи работают уверенно, видно, что делают это не первый раз. Всё чётко, без суеты.

Сейчас прошло 2 недели. Я отправлял им фотки - посмотрели, сказали, что всё идёт как надо. Заживление прошло нормально, без каких-то проблем. Уже почти всё восстановилось, чувствую себя отлично.

В целом впечатление очень хорошее: нормальная клиника, адекватные люди, всё по делу и без лишней воды.

Если ты сейчас, как и я тогда, сидишь и выбираешь - могу сказать от себя: Estemark - хороший вариант, можно спокойно идти.

Hello people from all over the world! Let me tell you something! I got on the plane from USA and went to Istanbul to do my hair at Estemark ! The best thing that happened to me for the last years! From the beginning.. talking with Sevil and planning.. to the final chapter. Great service , great and awesome hospitality.Sevil organized everything and it felt like a Diplomatic escort, everything on time and on point. The clinic itself… happy and smiling staff… clean and very very friendly! Alim and Mehmet did my transplantation 7500 grafts! What a great prople. Ho fatto il mio trapianto di capelli da Estemark e posso dire che la mia esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva, quindi mi fa piacere condividerla.

All’inizio, come penso sia normale, avevo un po’ di paura. Prima di partire però ho parlato con Nalan, che mi ha spiegato tutto con grande chiarezza e in un italiano perfetto: le tecniche di trapianto, le procedure, le cure e le precauzioni da seguire prima e dopo l’intervento. Fin da subito mi ha fatto sentire tranquillo perché ha risposto a tutte le mie domande con molta pazienza.

Con Nalan sono rimasto in contatto praticamente per tutto il percorso, dall’inizio fino ad oggi. Anche adesso che sono rientrato in Italia continuo a parlare con lei su WhatsApp e posso scriverle quando voglio monitorando la guarigione post trapianto. Sapere di avere sempre qualcuno che ti segue e che risponde alle tue domande fa sentire davvero sicuro.

Una volta arrivato in Turchia era tutto organizzato molto bene: hotel, trasporto VIP e tutti gli spostamenti. In clinica mi hanno seguito con grande cura, prima dell’intervento hanno fatto tutte le analisi per assicurarsi che fossi idoneo all'operazione e mi hanno spiegato ogni passaggio. Ho fatto un trapianto con tecnica DHI di circa 5500 bulbi e anche trattamenti con esosomi e plasma. Durante tutta la procedura si sono assicurati più volte che stessi bene e che fossi a mio agio. Dolore zero salvo la parte dell'anestesia, ma è sopportabile e dura poco.

Anche dopo l’intervento l’assistenza non è mai mancata. Continuano a chiedermi foto per monitorare la guarigione e per vedere come procede la situazione. Il gonfiore iniziale è sceso molto velocemente e al momento mi sento bene e non ho fastidi. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata proprio la cura verso il paziente e il fatto di sentirsi accompagnati in tutto il percorso, dall’inizio fino al rientro a casa.

Quindi, cinque stelle su cinque, la consiglio assolutamente!

Нашли клинику по рекомендации блогера, который делает обзоры клиник по трансплантации волос. Предложил несколько вариантов и я остановился на естемарк. Огромный плюс - русскоязычный куратор Севиль. Максимально клиентоориентированная девушка. Все рассказала, организовала и сопровождала. Помогала даже с вопросами которые не имеет отношения к волосам. Касательно результата, сделал пересадку год назад. Все прошло ровно так, как рассказали в клинике по этапам. Мой барбер, говорит о том что у него большое количество клиентов с пересаженными волосами, но такой хороший результат он не видел ни разу. Результатом доволен на 100%. Прекрасное соотношение цена - качество. Не слушайте тех кто говорит, что какой смысл лететь в Стамбул, если доктора сами прилетают в Россию. Хорошие доктора загружены и никуда не летают. В этой клинике не считают каждый графт, здесь делают комплекс и, как я считаю, отсюда и результат, потому что они засаживают огромное количество графтов. В моем случае 6.800. Посмотрев на мой результат, мой друг уже слетал туда и так же сделал операцию, две недели назад. Доктора относительно молодые, но с огромным опытом. Как я понял, они делают примерно по 2 пересадки в день. И там огромный поток. Линия ровная, волос очень много. Рекомендую клинику 100%.

După aproximativ 3 luni de cercetări intense și comparat clinici, am decis să merg pe mâna celor de la Estemark pentru un transplant de păr, și pot spune că a fost cea mai bună alegere.
Am avut o intervenție de 5700 de grefe, un număr considerabil, dar totul a decurs mult mai ușor decât mi-am imaginat. Un mare plus a fost pachetul complet: transportul de la aeroport,clinica,hotel, și cazarea au fost incluse în preț, ceea ce mi-a luat o piatră de pe inimă, nefiind nevoit să mă ocup eu de logistica hotelului. Totul a fost organizat impecabil.
Ceea ce mă încântă cel mai mult este cum evolueaza dupa o luna de la transplant. Medicii au reușit să-mi ofere o formă extrem de naturală a liniei părului. Sincer, nici nu se observă că am trecut printr-un implant de par.

Dall’arrivo in aeroporto fino ai trasferimenti in hotel, tutto è stato organizzato in modo impeccabile. La struttura è moderna, estremamente pulita e si percepisce subito un’attenzione concreta ai dettagli, sia negli ambienti che nella gestione del paziente.

Sono stato seguito passo dopo passo da Nalan, che è stata (ed è tuttora) un punto di riferimento fondamentale. Mi ha accompagnato in ogni fase, chiarendo dubbi, gestendo la logistica e assicurandosi che tutto fosse chiaro. Anche dopo l’intervento il supporto continua a distanza, con controlli e indicazioni costanti: un aspetto che per me fa davvero la differenza.

Il Dottor Mehmet e tutto lo staff si sono dimostrati altamente professionali, precisi e attenti. Ho effettuato 8000 bulbi in due sessioni: un intervento importante, gestito con grande competenza e organizzazione.

Мне сделали пересадку волос в клинике EsteMark в январе 2026 года. Великолепный сервис - все включено - встреча в аэропорту на личном трансфере, шикарный отель, все трансферы из отеля в клинику и обратно, что существенно облегчает логистикy - не нужно бродить по незнакомому городу в пред- и послеоперационном состоянии. Все дни со мной была русско-говорящий консультант. Все подробно рассказала, переводила с турецкого на каджом этапе. Сам персонал в клинике и доктор - и профессионалы, и в то же время очень человечный добрый подход, как раз то что нужно чтобы чувствовать себя спокойно во время процедур.
В конце дали ссобой все необходимые медикаменты, средства по уходу за головой в послеоперационный период.
Всем рекомендую, если делать пересадку - то только тут.

Great customer service and great hospitality. Even the drivers are aware of operation ensuring you’re making no contact of the head both in and out of vehicles. I’m about 2.5 weeks post-op scabbing is gone and my hairline is back. I believe I ended up with 3,500 grafts vs the 2,500 I was recommended initially based on photographs sent via Telegram which is fine as cost didn’t go up. Spent all day in the lab, sun up to sun down last hour was painful. Followed up with exosomes offered. Sleep was rough but that may have been leading to events prior (Bachelor Party) to my 13+ hour flight from CA, USA. Overall highly recommend for anyone seeking their services. Make sure you bring extra cash as there is a 6month aftercare kit.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and would like to share my experience. From the very first moment, everything was organized at the highest level. If you are not local, you are picked up directly from the airport and provided with accommodation in a 5-star hotel.
I would especially like to highlight the translator, who was with me 24/7, including during the operation. She was a very kind, attentive, and professional girl — a big thank you to her if she reads this.
On the day of the operation, you are helped with absolutely everything. The doctor who performs the hair transplant is a true professional. Everything is done flawlessly — from drawing the perfect hairline to the dense and precise implantation of the grafts.
I expected the procedure to be painful, but in reality it was so comfortable that I even fell asleep during the operation.
After the transplant, you receive a full consultation, your head is washed, and you are given detailed instructions on how to take care of your hair afterward. If you are not local, the clinic stays in touch with you for a full year, and you can contact them anytime if you have any concerns.
It has been 5 days since the transplant, and I have experienced no side effects — no swelling, no discomfort, nothing at all.
I sincerely recommend this clinic. You will not find this level of service, care, and professionalism everywhere. Moreover, if you come by recommendation, you can receive a discount.
