We can only apologise for the time delay and availability of consultants, our team are continuously working with a large number of clients on a daily basis and we cant always get to everyone as quickly as they would like. Your feedback will be relayed back to the team and steps taken to improve the process.
Clear and understandable.
We were kept in the loop continuously, explained in clear English about each element, answered questions clearly and understandably.
It was an expensive process, with lots of different elements each costing what felt like overly expensive. But, in the end, will be worth it for the peace of mind it offers.

Excellent handling of our financial affairs
Paul Dodsworth came to the house on three occasions. He provided detailed answers to all our questions, and ESP have been prompt and accurate in their correspondence by email and Royal Mail.

When we decided we needed a will and powers of attorney etc, we had not realised how many different options there were that were associated with these. Paul was very professional and fantastic explaining the different options so we could make a formed decision.
