I cannot not praise Co-operative Legal Services enough. Writing a Will seemed a little daunting until we spoke to Zubair Bashir. He was so patient, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Thank you Zubair. We appreciate all the hard work you have done for us.

My wife and I had wills that dated back to 1992 so thought it would be sensible to update and also sort out power of attorney documents. A team's meeting was arranged and I must admit that 19.00 hour's would probably be difficult but was not a problem. Our consultant Nigel Prior was fantastic and actually advised us on many problems that we hadn't even considered. What a great guy who made the whloe experience believe it or not great fun. I highly recommend the CO OP for wills and power of attorney as they seem very knowledgeable about all aspects.

James who dealt with me was very pleasant to deal with. Every thing was clearly explained to me. I would not want to go on this journey without this help. I was 100% satisfied.

Everything straight forward, form sent prior to telephone appointment which was a great help during the appointment. Opportunities to ask questions easy to follow and Tiffany was great if I didn't understand anything..also draft copy of Will sent and changes were made and this was no trouble to Tiffany she explained the wording used in the Will...Thank you Tiffany & Hannah

I spoke to Thomas Harrington on my original call to discuss and arrange my estate needs, he was professional and easy to talk to, he understood my requirements and arranged a further appointment with Tim Woodburn, Tim put myself and my wife at ease during the call and explained the various things we needed to discuss in a clear and concise way, he also helped with questions we raised as they came to us during the meeting.
We really appreciate the way we were dealt with in what can be a minefield for those without any legal background.

We had a phone consultation with Tracy Potter today and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience.
We were expecting it to be all legal speak but Tracy gave us all the guidance and legal information we needed in a way we understood.
It was also great that we could do it in our own home although a home visit was offered.

They sorted out my late mother's estate, probate etc' and distributed the residual funds inline with my mother's will. This was done efficiently by my case manager Jodie Luraschi, who kept me informed at all times.
