Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I bought the Solo Rose and when it arrived I found that the rose had come unstuck from the bottom of the box and was lying on its side. I emailed customer services and got a reply same day to say they would send me a replacement. The replacement arrived within 2 days.

A disaster
A disaster, I had a very good opinion form tho company in Dubai. They closed. Now from UK… I waited almost 3 weeks for a shipment that never came. I told them to cancel and to refund my account… I paid Aed 214 (GBP 47) and they refunded me Aed 165 (GBP 35)!!!
Bravo!!!! What a new way to have money for free.

Eternal rose
Easy to order and I like that you can choose the delivery day. Really happy with my purchase and love the deep red colour. This was a gift for a 60th birthday and the recipient was very surprised especially when they realised the rose was real. The clear box it comes is also beautiful in the shape it is and fits the decor well. I would highly recommend this item and will purchase this again in the future. It is a unique gift and love the fact that it will last longer and makes a lovely display for others to see
