Fabulous Roses. Trustworthy company
I have had several roses for my daughter all fabulous. On the last occasion the rose had been damaged in transit.
I contacted the company and sent pics. They sent out a replacement and my daughter was thrilled.
You can learn more about a company when things go wrong and I have to say a very good and trustworthy seller 5 stars

Upon checking, we see that the order was placed using Royal Mail 48 as the shipping method. When the order is placed using Royal Mail 48 we ship the order in advance to match the delivery date. We don't guarantee the delivery date for Royal mail. We request you to please place the order using DPD/DHL next working day option in future so that we can deliver the order on exact date.

There was no problem with the timing
There was no problem with the timing, but the glue at the bottom of the flowers didn't hold, causing them to fall apart when they arrived.

Very poor product arrived broken
Very poor product arrived broken. No replies to emails and I spent twenty minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone.
Now contacting credit card company. Will not recommend these people to anyone.

Ordered this as a last minute surprise as just an appreciation gift for my wife.at 8 am this morning, arrived 20:00 this evening super impressed. Beautiful rainbow rose. Was finding it difficult to find the perfect last minute gift, on a rare day off. And this immediately caught my eye. As a rare poster on Facebook, she's posted it on there, and others are asking where to get it. So hopefully a few more buyers sent your way. Well deserved. The company took money from my bank…
The company took money from my bank account without my authority for an order I did not make - then told once order dispatched company will not cancel order or give a refund - have had to phone bank to get a new card and they are blocking the company - so no I am not happy and will never use Eternal Petals.

Upon checking, we see that you have selected yearly subscription plan on 26 May 2023 at 10:22 pm when you first placed the order.
As the subscription was selected hence the order was repeated and shipped to you. As the order was already in transit we'd not be able to cancel the delivery.
However, As per your request we have already cancelled the subscription on the first day of contact i.e Thu 5/30/2024 3:02 PM.

Ordered my aunt 4 roses for her 70th…
Ordered my aunt 4 roses for her 70th birthday at least 8 weeks in advance. I sent an email to the team with a delivery date and they were more than happy to accommodate this. Delivery was 2 days early. My Aunt is very pleased with the roses, great value for money, came in a beautiful clear box to keep them clean yet on display
