I still have not received my package
I still have not received my package. The delivery hasn’t updated in two days. There hasn’t been any follow up on where my delivery is.

Shipping was faster than expected. They were packaged very securely to avoid any transportation damage. They are beautiful....my wife loved them. They come with care instructions so you are not guessing.

Not a surprise any more
They done OK easy to use website and order but when sending it to another country I paid the delivery charge which was asked by eternal petals but got a message from customs in that particular country for more money eternal petals should have said that during the ordering of goods the surprise has now turned into a bit of a nightmare the person receiving having to pay customs and hopefully get it before they leave the country to come home

Top Tip: KEEP CLEAR, if you have ordered and being ignored, contact your credit card company and report the scam.
There seems to be a robot response to any comments thanking us for being gullible and please contact support at blah blah blah - guess how many times I've had a response? Yep, it's a delaying scam !!!

It’s nice but they changed the box.
It’s nice but they changed the box for a “more expensive one” without offering me a choice or free upgrade, plus the vat at the end is naughty we are retail customers not wholesalers who add the vat on top of pricing, lettering is tiny and very average, every option is on top of the first price they show so no proper box I assume that was classed as gift wrapped as I say nice but very misleading advert but that’s FB for you lesson learnt !

The wrong colour supplied
The wrong colour came I emailed and no response I phones twice phone cuts you off being on hold for 20 mins very disappointed
After reading this reply you need to change your advertising for this item then as it clearly shows pale pink with darker pink edges them people won’t be disappointed!!

ordered items 13-Feb-2023 - not arrived *** Scam ?? ***
ordered items 13-Feb-2023, items didn't arrive, sent an invoice 140 days later. Suspect scam and when you look deeper into the company.
They have the wrong address listed on the invoice.
Company details for those interested: Unit Cc402, Cocoa Studios, Drummond Road, London, England, SE16 4DG
Update, the normal reply (1) has the wrong name and (2) this is the standard template used, contacting the email is just another annoying delay for the whole process.
Conclusion: hopefully if you have also been stung with this scam, you paid by credit card, so contact them for a refund due to the scam.
If you’re from the UK, also contact the Office of Fair trading, the police and report the scam to the workplace address to advise their address could be being used as a scammers address
