Bought rolled saddle of lamb and cooked it today. The quality and taste of the meat was exceptional. Even my 9 yr old said he loved it. The taste is so much better than supermarket meat. Keep up the good work.

Lamb box. Delivery was delayed but I was kept up to date and it wasn't a problem for me .
We had the lamb shoulder for Sunday dinner which was really tender and delicious. Enough left for a curry the next night.

I have had orders a few times before and been very impressed with the service and quality of the meat .
I received the Easter Box on time and the meat looks great and a lot of items for the money , however I have only had the boned lamb leg up to now and felt disappointed with it, it was quite tough and didn’t have a lot of flavour.

Very happy with the Ethical Butcher, ticks all the moral value boxes and I feel more comfortable eating meat that's been treated humanely. The chicken actually tastes like chicken. Instantly noticed a difference in taste and texture, won't touch supermarket chicken again.
