I purchased the Tea Time – Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Case – Elite Dark / Gold from BURGA, and unfortunately the product I received looked noticeably different from what was shown on their website. The colour tone was off and the overall appearance did not match the expectations set by their product images.

After contacting customer support, the BURGA team acknowledged the issue and offered to send a replacement free of charge, stating that I would not need to return the defective item. I appreciated the offer and responded promptly to confirm that I would accept the replacement.

However, after their email on 6 March, communication completely stopped.

Since then, there has been no confirmation that the replacement has been shipped, no tracking number, and no response to my follow-up email asking for an update. It has now been over a week without any communication.

Offering a replacement is only meaningful if the company actually follows through. Unfortunately, the lack of response after making that promise has turned what could have been a positive resolution into a frustrating experience.

Customer service is not just about proposing a solution — it is also about following through and responding to customers in a timely manner. When customers are left waiting without updates after a promise has been made, it reflects poorly on the overall service experience.

If BURGA wants to maintain the reputation suggested by their marketing and reviews, they need to ensure that they both follow through on the solutions they promise and respond to customers as quickly as possible when issues arise.

At this point, I am still waiting for any update regarding the replacement that was promised.

The cup itself is so cute and I prefer over others , shipping took forever and omg the straw is a thick rubber chew toy it’s gross , stupid me thought it was just the cover as the underneath is stainless steel straw but no it’s a big thick soft rubber straw , if I could return I would

I ordered and paid for a phone case. Burga confirmed that my order had been successfully placed and that the case would be shipped to my address.

After a few days, when I was already expecting the delivery, I received a message saying that my order had been canceled. To this day, I have not received a refund.

I also checked whether the same phone case could still be ordered, and I found that the product is still available – but now at the regular price. I originally ordered and paid for it during a promotion with a 20% discount.

Therefore, the situation seems very unfair to me: the company advertised a promotion, accepted my order and payment, and then unilaterally canceled the order. The product is still available, but now at a higher price.

I am very disappointed with this way of doing business, as I was already expecting the case and believe that such practices are not fair to customers.

I brag that this is the most beautiful case i ve ever seen. Honestly.
The texture if ut slightly less satisfying but truly, the case is beautiful

Everything arrived on time, the products are good. I needed help with something and I got an answer to my email within a few days, my communication with the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Really bad products. The case lost its colour and vibrancy and the matching loop stand keeps breaking. The first one broke within the first week, the second one broke shortly after. I would recommend looking elsewhere!

Have used Burga before & always loved their cases - high quality & fabulous designs.
HOWEVER their customer service support is horrendous when it all goes wrong …
Purchased a phone case & matching magnetic ring holder. Both from the same design but they have arrived completely different colours! They look like they have been randomly brought. ( badly). These cost £100 in total!
Emailed Burga & got an instant reply offering 15% refund which I declined as I cannot use them as wanted a set.
No reply from Burga ( 10 days now ) since initial quick response.
It also won’t let me return the items online as conveniently dosn’t recognise my email address ( even though it was the one used to purchase the product ).
To summarise - BEWARE - all good until something goes wrong & then it all goes downhill .
Wouldn’t use again & wouldn’t recommend .

I bought a phone case and was satisfied with the delivery process but the product’s price-performance ratio is really bad.
The color of the case actually rubs off! When I cleaned my phone case for the first time, the color of the design simply ran! The dark stripes ran into the light ones. I've never experienced anything like this before, especially at such a price!
