Burga team customer service is very good. They were helpful answering my questions about some items, and also replacing broken item with an upgrade. Products are stylish and lovely and come with a warranty.

Huge selection, beautiful products and fast shipping

I have ordered from BURGA before and didn’t have any issues. But, I placed an order recently, on 12/31/2025, for several cases ($300+) and as of today, 2/10/2026, I still have not received my order!!! It’s so frustrating! I’ve been emailing (because that is the ONLY way to contact their customer service) them weekly for over a month now, with no results! They either don’t reply at all, or send me an auto-generated email asking me to be patient, my order is in the way!! They won’t refund my money! Their customer service is USELESS! I’m at a loss what to do now…I just want what I paid for! The cases are awesome, but their shipping times and customer service is AWFUL!!

Ι’ve been using Burga cases and accessories for a while now and I’m honestly very satisfied. The designs are beautiful, modern and stylish, but what really impressed me is the quality. The phone case fits perfectly, feels very protective, and still looks aesthetic.
I also love how practical everything is - it’s made my daily life easier and my phone feels safe without being bulky. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived exactly as expected.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Burga to anyone who wants quality accessories with great design.

Terrible experience with Burga and their customer service. I have been waiting over three months for clear communication regarding a return/exchange. When I finally received a response, I was given a written confirmation that an exception would be made and that my Tough cases could be exchanged for Elite cases at no additional cost.

Based on this explicit promise, I returned the cases. Then I was told that this exchange was suddenly no longer possible because it “did not fit within their policy.” Withdrawing a clear written commitment after the customer has already acted on it is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

On top of that, their responses are slow, inconsistent, and responsibility is constantly shifted back to the customer. This is not the level of service you expect from a brand that presents itself as premium.

I will never order from Burga again and strongly do not recommend this company.
