BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE QUALITY & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give negative stars, I would.
I ordered what looked like an upscale, wonderfully designed thermo cup, but when it arrived I couldn’t even get the lid off. The lid is made of very cheap, flimsy plastic and was completely stuck. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to send a video of myself trying to remove the lid, which is already unreasonable, but I did it anyway. After that, they never responded.
If you are in the United States, be warned: they don't have free returns and returning anything will cost a fortune. Essentially, whatever you buy, you are stuck with unless you’re willing to pay a lot to ship it back , and even then, don’t expect them to care or respond.
It gets worse. The cup comes with an aluminum straw and a separate rubber section with a tip, but the rubber tip does not fit the straw at all. No matter how hard you try, the straw will not go on, and a regular straw just falls into the cup because it would be too short.
They also include an extra coffee-style flip up lid, but the opening isn’t designed for a straw either. The entire product is poorly designed, cheaply made, and clearly not tested.
This is one of the worst products I’ve ever ordered online, and the company refuses to do anything about it. I’m now stuck with a useless cup and will probably end up donating it to Goodwill.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Great value for money overall. I noticed there’s a much nicer variety of iPhone cases compared to Samsung ones, and the aftersales service is top-notch. You can really tell they care about their customers 😊

I ordered a phone case and it did not fit, returning itcost me a quarter of the price £10 to return a £40 phone case... 20 days later still no refund or response to my email or CS form asking for my refund update!! Very poor service

Fab products.

Love the cases from Burga, they're really sturdy and durable and very cute! The prices are a little high but very worth it. The last case I bought from them lasted almost 3 years with no issues, really worthwhile purchase.
