Attended my Avonmouth branch in a late day panic for some materials for early start next day, I was, as usual met by helpful friendly staff who were brilliant.
VERY high customer focus and help.....nothing is a problem and issues are delt with as if its an order. The customer is king in there eyes

Have left a bad review for this company in the past but after using them again as needed some more of the same product, things seem to have improved greatly good service and a very helpful young lady now working at there Avonmouth branch so to be fair to them I now give eurocell a thumbs up going on my recent experience.👍

Great customer service from Gareth
I went into your Avonmouth branch a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by a young gentleman, i wasn't 100% sure what i needed at first but he made sure i left with everything to complete the job. You should be lucky to have a smiley face behind the counter. If i need anything again i will be sure to go back there. Thank you Gareth.
