You did indeed a fantastic job.
I had some problems in finding a shop in Paris where to print your labels and I believe also other people may have if they aren’t familiar with the town. Probably would be better if the labels are brought by the people collecting the luggage . Could the waiting time to collect and deliver the luggage be reduced to half a day instead of all the day long? Again many, many thanks. Livia Catalano

This service was good, for the most part. The timing could have been clearer. We booked delivery for one date. The confirmation later said that date OR EARLIER. We were told the luggage would be delivered tomorrow on a Wednesday five days earlier than the stated date, then told the same day it would be delivered today. It was delivered that same day. So the bag arrived, but we had to adapt and re-adapt to the unclear scheduling.

Picked up on time and delivered promptly and just when I needed it.

Really easy to use. Inexpensive, considering the amount airlines will charge you for overweight luggage and so much easier than having to lug around awkward suitcases. Very good communication regarding questions I had. Would highly recommend this service, particularly if you want a hassle free journey.

Despite the complications getting into the gated apartment with 3 different access codes, the luggage was collected in time from Paris and delivered 2 days later in the UK. None of the contents were missing. Pricing was also affordable. I highly recommend their services

Horrible!!!!
I payed 420 € for express service. They said it will arrive within 2 days. It took them more than a week. I needed my luggages to catch my next flight, i did not receive it, i needed to buy new luggages for my stuff. And i have to pay another fee to post my luggages to Dubai since i couldn’t bring them with me. Now not only they do not compensate me for the loss ,they don’t even answer when I send them emails and complain. Please don’t trust them. It’s a scam!!!

The luggage pickup and drop off went really smooth - they arrived within the time span mentioned. The suitcases were handled with care. I'd definitely recommend this service if you are traveling with a lot of luggage - one less stress to deal with. Their Customer Service was also very helpful and efficient.

Although I was charged for importing my own used clothes by the Dutch authorities, the transport made by Eurostar was great . Door to door, no stress.

It’s just a DHL service. Half my boxes were lost and then showed up repacked and completely broken. I have boxes of the before and they were perfectly packed. Would not use again.
