On time and special assistance
On time, good comms leading up to arrival. Had to postpone on when first day timing was in evening and we were out. Were willing to carry large sofa upstairs and assemble it for a tip for the crew.

Driver demanded cash out of the blue
Also didn’t handle goods very professionally. Lifting car seats from adjustment handle for example. Not something I can recommend.
Also the driver wanted me to unload his lorry while he stood in the back. And then asked for a £5 tip for his coffee. You can’t make it up

Superb service at a sensible price. Not the cheapest but their initial response to my request showed they’d actually read the request, unlike so many others. From first quote to final Delivery I was updated at every stage. Highly recommended.
