We find Europa very easy to work with, you have a dedicated Account Manager (a real person) who you can speak to or email for quotes and also questions with regards to more complex topics like customs. They are informative, helpful and guide you through the export process. They are also competitively priced. Europa are our first choice for exports.

The service from Europa is just top notch. I have my own dedicated contact, Abbigail Eggison, who is 10/10. Abbigail makes my life so simple. I give Abbigail a weight and an address, Abbigail then sends me a quote with a complete breakdown of ALL my costs. No hidden nastiness - nothing to trip me up later down the line. Abbigail also makes me feel like a person, rather than a customer, in the way that they communicate with me. That is personally a big plus for me. I'm a big believer in dealing with people, rather than companies, so that personal touch from Abbigail makes me more inclined to want to do business with them, and Europa as a whole. It's very rare that I have an issue, but if I do, Abbigail is great at making sure these issues are sorted swiftly. Even if it's an issue that Abbigail cannot deal with directly, they will make sure it is passed on to the correct person so it's still dealt with swiftly. The service is fast and smooth and very rarely have we had an issue with our shipments not reaching where they should be.
