Der Kartenverkauf hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt!
Wir waren am 07.08.26 in der Arena in Verona, die Plätze wurden hervorragend ausgesucht!
Wir würden jederzeit wieder Karten bei europaticket bestellen!!

Lippuvaraukseni ohjautui tälle yhtiölle. He ilmoittivat että maksamiani lippuja ei enää ole saatavilla, mutta voin ostaa kalliimmat liput. Sain uudet liput,mutta ne eivät olleet ilmoitetun ja maksamani hinnankorotuksen arvoisia.
Lähetin kaksi sähköpostitiedustelua asiasta, olen odottanut vastausta kuukauden ajan.

Finger weg von diesem Tickethändler.
Ich bin darauf hereingefallen, weil ich ein Ticket für eine Veranstaltung in Italien kaufen wollte und im Italienischen nicht so sicher bin..
Habe gebucht und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt - Rückmeldung:“ Die Zahlung wurde nicht bestätigt. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Daten und versuchen Sie es erneut.Danke!“ Andere Kreditkarte verwendet. Dieselbe Rückmeldung. Dann habe ich aufgegeben und das Ticket mit Google-Übersetzer letztlich erfolgreich direkt beim Veranstalter gekauft.
Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich 2 Tickets von Europaticket!
Als ich reklamierte und per Screenshot nachwies, dass der Fehler eindeutig nicht bei mir lag, passierte Folgendes:
-Antworten nur per Mail, kein direkter Ansprechpartner
-Ignorieren der Tatsachen, keine Einsicht
-Angebot, die 2 Tickets (die ich nun zuviel hatte) zurückzunehmen und zum Weiterverkauf anzubieten, zu erneuten Kosten (!) und ohne Garantie
Für mich grenzte das an Betrug, aber selbst das ließ diese Ticketagentur vollkommen kalt.
Einen Stern habe ich gegeben, weil das Ticket echt war und ich die Veranstaltung letztlich besucht habe.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Einritt zum Bruce Springsteen in Prag wurde mir verweigert. Keine vernünftige Erklärung erhalten

This is a pure scam. They advertise something on their site but when they confirm your tickets, it's completely different. You can get the tickets directly the paris opera site at 1/3 of price. Don't even bother.

I booked 4 tickets for the Opera in Parma one month prior to the event, all close together.
4 days later, they send me an email to tell me that unfortunately, there are no more seats available all together, but there are still 4 seats available. Do I want the tickets anyway or a refund ? They asked.
I immediately replied that yes, I want the tickets anyway.
No other reply for them until 3 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT, when they tell me that they won’t have tickets for me. But I live 1500km away from there, and went there on purpose to see the opening of Othello ! And my friends flew in from the USA for that ! How can a company do that ? They absolutely do not care, they refund your tickets but not the rest of the DAMAGE, and their only response is « sorry we overlooked your email ». Unbelievable ! I’ve never seen a company so unprofessional in my entire life.

Buchung und Versendung von Tickets für Philharmonie Paris waren prompt. Bis ich gemerkt habe, dass der Datum zwar stimmt, aber für ein anderes Programm und eine andere Preisklasse (55€ statt 74€) verkauft worden ist. Mit Reklamation kam ich nicht weiter. Erst bei einem 2.Anlauf, als ich vom Betrug sprach, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Preis 74 € sei, da es Gebühren beinhalte. Meine Kritik: Diese wurden bei der Auswahl der Plätze nicht konkret benannt. D.h. Zusatzkosten 19 € pro Karte. Abzocke und ich bekam keine Antwort darauf, warum mir ein Programmänderung nach dem Kauf zugemutet wurde.

Do not book with this company. I booked ballet tickets for the State Opera in Vienna without realising I was conned. Paid 130 Euros for 2 tickets at the balcony with a limited/restricted view. They rip you off! When booking, did not realise it’s 3rd party. Book from official site! Do not use this company! I booked the tickets 6 months in advance for my partners birthday and was absolutely shocked when got to the opera last night to find out what I was sold, paid double the price, disgusting

WARNING: Their website is not trustworthy and their activity is fraudulent. They tack on extra fees to tickets that can be purchased directly from the official source. When purchasing tickets, you are unable to select your seats, so it's unclear what you are paying for. Tickets are only dispatched weeks after the purchase. There is no customer service available to process refund requests.

Scam artists. Bought a so called ticket from these snakes 🐍 and still did not receive anything. They will f***** pay for this
