I had full coverage insurance they gave me a wrong invoice for a minor damage they charged my credit card $412 and in the invoice that I had to submit to my insurance they wrote $350 I kept sending them messages to write the whole amount of $412 in the invoice so my insurance reimburse me for the whole amount but they ignored my messages. Now my claim is on hold because of them. If I knew I would not rent from them their price is much higher than other companies in Greece maybe around 4 times

Es ist schon sehr missverständlich, wenn man die Flugnummer angibt und diese keine Bedeutung hat. Wir kamen im Flugnummern Zeitfenster, aber die Uhrzeit stimmte nicht. Von Kulanz keine Rede. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Völlig neuer Vertrag. Also doppelt bezahlt. So können scheinbare Angebote zur Verdopplung der Kosten oder auch zur Verdoppelung des Umsatzes beitragen. Oszuści, twierdzą, że nie akceptują kart debetowych, ale jak wykupi się pełne ubezpieczenie to nagle akceptują. Mimo wykupienia pełnego ubezpieczenia nie obejmuje ono żadnej minimalnej szkody, twierdzą że to „twój problem”. Wmawiają usterki, które już samochód posiadał, warto na początku zrobić zdjęcia wszystkiego, nawet opon samochodu i wnętrza.. depozytu nie zwracają w całości! Mimo, że zaznaczyli że z samochodem wszystko ok to nie zwrócili depozytu!

Very good experience for renting a car in Thessaloniki airport. The agency is not inside the airport but the shuttle offers a back and forth from the airport to the agency out of charge. Very good service, fast and efficient!

Horrible experience. The company knowingly gave me a car that had been broken into before and had damaged locks. Unfortunately that was not visible at delivery. Ended up getting robbed of my suitcase from inside the car.

Booking through booking.com for ford fiesta, they gave me mitsubish space which had worn tires and due to poor maintenance the car was making noises. I asked for another vehicle but they told me that was all they had. In other words, they gave me a smaller category vehicle with problems because that's all they had. Then it was very slow progress to receive the car in Athens airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". One person only for service and I was about 40 minutes late to pick up the car.

Wir hatten eine äußerst unbefriedigende Erfahrung mit einem Mietwagen, den wir für unseren Aufenthalt auf Korfu im September 2024 bei Europcar Korfu gebucht hatten. Unsere Buchung umfasste ein Fahrzeug der Kategorie CMMR, beispielsweise einen KIA Stonic 1.6 oder ein vergleichbares Mini-SUV mit einem 1,6-Liter-Motor. Diese Wahl trafen wir bewusst aufgrund der anspruchsvollen Topographie Korfus mit seinen steilen Straßen. Das Auto war deutlich teurer als kleinere Modelle mit einer schwächeren Motorisierung!
Stattdessen erhielten wir einen Fiat Tipo (völlig andere Kategorie) mit lediglich einem 1,0-Liter-Motor, der den Anforderungen in keiner Weise gerecht wurde. Die mangelnde Motorleistung führte zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten beim Befahren der Insel und stellte in einigen Situationen sogar ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Zusätzlich zu dieser gravierenden Abweichung von der gebuchten Fahrzeugklasse wies der Wagen folgende Mängel auf:
Das Fahrzeug war bei der Übergabe in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand (Flecken auf allen Polstern, sehr viel Schmutz in den Fußräumen,…)
Im Innenraum waren mehrere Defekte festzustellen (z.B. Schalthebelknauf untere Abdeckung defekt)
Die Beifahrertür war lose. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation und Reparatur trat das Problem nach zwei Tagen erneut auf und musste von uns selbst behoben werden.
Die Reifen waren in einem schlechten Zustand, was besonders bei Regen zu gefährlichem Rutschen führte.
Wir mussten bei Abholung des Fahrzeugs über eine halbe Stunde auf den Europcar Shuttle warten, der uns zur Station brachte.

Diese Erfahrung steht in deutlichem Gegensatz zu dem, was wir als Kunden von Europcar erwartet hätten. Für einen deutlich geringeren Preis hätten wir beispielsweise einen Toyota Corolla buchen können, der zumindest von der Bauform her dem gelieferten Fiat Tipo entsprochen hätte.

Europcar hat unsere anschließende Reklamation abgelehnt und behauptet, ihre Kategorien unterscheiden sich nur nach der Anzahl der Türen und der Anzahl der Personen, die mitfahren können!!! Damit widerspricht Europcar sich selbst, denn es gibt dutzende Kategorien, die sich in vielen Aspekten unterscheiden. Natürlich hat man kein Anspruch auf ein Auto Modell, aber es sollte schon der gebuchten Kategorie entsprechen. Europcar stellt sich stur und ist äußerst unfreundlich. So etwas habe ich von Europcar noch nicht erlebt. Ich kann daher von Europcar Griechenland nur dringend abraten aufgrund der Erfahrung!

Voiture réservée et pré-payée via Rentalcars de Booking.com à l’aéroport d’Athenes : si vous vous présentez deux heures après l’heure indiquée à la réservation, Europcar annule la réservation même si elle a été pré-payée sans vous rembourser le montant pre-payé.
Booking.com accepterait de rembourser uniquement si vous réservez à nouveau via leur app. Comme vous le faites en dernière minute, le prix est exorbitant.
Quelle déception pour Europcar et encore plus pour Rentalcar.

Sono vittima di una vera e propria truffa , quasi una rapina. La mia vettura ha avuto problemi al motore , mi hanno lasciato senza auto sostitutiva in mezzo alla strada e a distanza di un mese mi hanno preso dalla carta 3500€ , tentando di prenderne altri 28000€ poiché si sono inventati che ho rotto io il motore. Denunciati immediatamente!!!

Great service! I asked for a car at the last minute on Saturday morning and I called the phone number of Andreas who I found out that he was not working on that day but still he never told me this and he got in touch with his colleague at the airport and found me a very good and safe car. Daffy also at the airport was very kind and polite. I definitely recommend them for your car rental in Alexandroupolis.

Scam artists. Do not prepay for your booking! Once they have your money they will use every trick they can come up with to avoid giving you a car and make you pay again. I ended up paying almost triple the amount I had originally agreed to. And they are extremely impolite.

Unfortunately, I also had bad experiences. The car was exchanged on the spot and I was suddenly asked to deposit over 1000 euros because the first car had to be checked. I just had a debit card for this. It has now been over a month since the vacation. I have never received a response from Europcar, nor have I received any money. It was all pretty bad.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns gut unterstützt. Ganz wichtig: Debitkarten werden nicht angenommen 🙈 Nur Kreditkarten! Unbedingt im Voraus nachschauen, ob die Karte auch wirklich eine Kreditkarte ist, weil manche Banken von Kredit auf Debit umsteigen. So war es bei uns der Fall, aber zum Glück haben wir gemeinsam mit Europcar eine Lösung gefunden :) Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns wieder für Europcar entscheiden :)

Δούλεψα για την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία και στο κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης και Ηρακλείου Κρήτης

Με είχαν προσλάβει σαν υπάλληλο γραφείου για να κλείνω συμβόλαια και παράλληλα χωρίς τη θέληση μου εκτελούσα δρομολόγια σαν οδηγός βαν με 6-7 άτομα μέσα σ αυτά και παιδάκια ή μωράκια .

Είχα ζητήσει πολλές φορές να μην παίρνω το βαν γιατί αγχώνομαι κ φοβάμαι διότι δεν είμαι ικανός σαν οδηγός και αυτοί επέμεναν γιατί δεν ήθελαν να προσλάβουν οδηγούς και βγάζαμε εμείς τη δουλειά .

Επίσης πολλά αυτοκίνητα είχαν μικροζημιές , σπασμένα πλαστικά και μικρό γρατζουνιές και η εταιρεία μας έβαζε να χρεώσουμε έναν πελάτη 200-300€ και μετά δεν γινόταν διόρθωση της ζημιάς και ο επόμενος πελάτης το έπαιρνε με τη ζημιά .

The car provided, the gear shifter gattor would regually fall of, they are not at Rhoads airport but a 15 minute drive away, I had to wait over an hour to be collected before i could get my car. Even though I paid top money to have no deposit they still took a deposit. I have been back from my holiday for a month and I still have not had my deposit back. I will not be renting from these guys again.

Europcar needs to be signposted when you exit the airport, car was ready when we arrived but was dented and for the money we paid we expected better, its annoying when you book a jeep and get another car and they cover it by saying equivalent. We didn't realise how bad the roads are in Santorini so be careful about the car you choose as we were warned about any extra charges for any dents or scratches. You could quite easily get car damaged in the car parks. Luckily all ok and Alexia was very polite helpful and efficient and made our first experience in Santorini all good.
