We picked up our car at the Karpathos airport (AOK) from the station manager Vangelis Roditakis. He was probably the most professional, competent, and nicest car rental agent I have ever worked with. He went out of his way to assure that our visit was perfect. I could not recommend this agency more highly. The car was clean, well maintained, and we had no problems during the week rental.

Booked an electric car to pickup from the airport via a third party website (all fees included) with Keddy by Europcar. Upon arriving to collect the car from the Airport, additional fees were added without the staff member discussing them first - a cleaning fee and an electric car refuel fee. When I later queried these fees I was told they are mandatory in the Terms & Conditions, yet they weren't quoted in the initial price of the car.

Die Buchung und Fahrzeugübernahme haben gut funktioniert. Wir haben keine Zusatzversicherung abgeschlossen, da wir den Komplettschutz gebucht hatten ( Tipp an alle: alles vorab genau lesen!!!!). Bei der Rückgabe waren angeblich mehrere Kratzer am Auto, welche wir nicht dran gemacht haben. Einer war sogar auf dem Übergabeprotokoll markiert, wurde uns aber angelastet. Wir haben diese Kratzer weder am Auto noch auf den Fotos erkannt. Müssten knapp 500€ dafür zahlen. Aber eine vernünftige Lösung gab es weder vor Ort noch mit Europcar Deutschland. Da bekommt man Mails in englischer Sprache, obwohl es eine deutsche Kommunikation war. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Sehr schade. Nie wieder Europcar.

Still trying to get in contact with office. The documentation of the damage has not been sent to my email. No phone call received as was promised and still require my deposit back. Customer service contact form on website is useless. Have been waiting for more than three weeks for a response now.

Ich hatte über den ADAC gebucht und dann leider ein Problem mit meiner Kreditkarte (Kaution). Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, haben sich endlos lange bemüht mein Problem zu lösen. Und es auch geschafft! Vielen Dank noch einmal an das Personal!
Mit dem Wagen war alles in Ordnung, ich kann diesen Europcar Standort in jedem Fall empfehlen.

Excellent Service and Amazing Staff

I had a great experience renting from Europcar in Heraklion. The car was in perfect condition, clean and ready on time, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very welcome. Their kindness and efficiency turned a simple car rental into a truly pleasant start to my trip. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from the team at Europcar Kalamata. Drop off and pick up were very smooth and they were also great when I needed to call them for advice. Whilst not “on airport”, you can see the Europcar signs from the arrivals terminal and it is a very short walk- they even had someone at the airport to point the way! Great work, thanks all!

En meget ramponeret bil vi fik udleveret i Preveza i Grækenland på trods af, at den kun havde kørt 22.000 km. Der var mange skrammer, stropper ved hattehylde var itu og plastik brækket. Indvendig på bagsædet var blæseren også ødelagt. Derudover var bilen ikke rengjort. Vi var temmelig skuffede over standarden, og det var ikke en billig pris for en uge i maj - udenfor sæsonen. De ansatte virkede irriterede over, at vi italesatte det og lavede næsten grin med os, da vi ville tage billeder for at kunne dokumentere, at det ikke var os, der havde ødelagt det. Vi ville ikke risikere at få problemer ved returnering. Normalt anbefaler biludlejningsfirmaer, at man som kunde tager billeder. Vi fik en anden bil end bestilt (ved godt, at det er normalt, og at det også står ved bestilling). Den var godt nok i samme kategori, men var mindre. Det ved vi, da vi tidligere har kørt i den, bil vi havde bestilt på en anden feriedestination. Og så ville det være smart at få en bil, der er fuld tanket, så man kan aflevere den fuld tanket. I stedet for, som vi gjorde, få den udleveret med en ½ tank.

We were served by Paul : He was very polite, efficient, explained every thing we needed, phoned for us to the hotel, and call us a taxi. The reterning of the car - was quick and excellent!

They charged me 900 euros for the full replacement of a windshield !!! A small impact we were absolutely not aware and responsible for !!! Instead of trying to fix it like every company like Carglass would do for 50 euros , they charged us 900 euros for full replacement !!!! And guess what …despite taking the mid range insurance , Europcar Mykonos don’t even propose a full insuring covering glass and windshields ! Such a shame ! One thing is sure … I will never rent a car with Europcar anymore … first time I did it but I will continue with Sixt next time . Very pour way to end holidays

Car pick-up online booking made after business hours (23:30 vs. 23:00) due to late flight arrival. EUROPCAR CHQ Chania Airport manager alerted via phone and declared: "You cannot retrieve the car because you will not find anyone or come next day."
Next morning the same office landline was strangely not responsive as from 07:00am published office opening, despite succesive attempts. When reporting in person at 10am same manager ignored the original booking and asked for double the rate for a new rental notwithstanding still within the original rental day (less than 12 hours).
No way of course we would have accepted such practice not fitting a global brand as EUROPCAR.
Result rental fee lost: EUR38 (24 hours rental due funeral attendance). Lesson learned though.

MONZA next door walking from Chania airport terminal promptly offered a car for a nominal rate EXCESS INCLUDED as opposed to the excess exclusive EUROPCAR rate.
Moreover, MONZA are next door walking from CHQ airport terminal as opposed to Europcar requiring a shuttle. Monza welcoming professional team made the difference and saved the honor of Cretan Filotimo.
When renting cars in Chania, Crete go to MONZA.

Booked online 2 months in advance. Arrived at the airport around 8pm - the office was a stones throw from the airport.

Had a Skoda Fabia in great condition, clean, spacious and perfect for the island.

Great service when both picking the car up, and dropping it off. There’s free WiFi in the office and a WhatsApp number linked straight to the manager if you ever have any issues once you’re on the island. Would 100% recommend, great value for money!

We booked through Easy Car, which was a mistake, and ended up having our booking cancelled, losing the fee that we had already paid. Europcar couldn't do anything about it, unfortunately. Helen was the representative that assisted us. She was friendly and helped us as much as possible. She quickly rented us a car and advised us on which insurances to purchase. We were very happy with her service and everyone at the office.

Perfect location for ferry from Corfu. Outstanding value, great virtually new car. Unfortunately I destroyed a tyre. The guy working there dealt with the problem very efficiently, I was delighted with the service. Unbeatable in my view

When i rented a car, and payed it, from home, it said in the agrement thet the car would be at "meet and greet", but there was no one from europcar to be seen.
I looked for them for a while, and then called them, and THEN they send a transfer-bus
Then they try to cheat me into bying some sort of ensurance, almost the same price as i payed, in advance, for renting a car for a week, so i called the danish branch, whitch i had worked for previosly, and they recommendet that i canceled the rental.
So i did.
I don't understand why europcar let these fraudsters use their name...

We returned a van which was perfectly fine with no issues or damages and they send us a video of a similar car with a big dent on the door. We took pictures before and after we rented the car and there were no damages. Be careful,these thieves just wanna scam u

Sooooo painfully slow and the longest slowest moving queue in history. Staff are brain-dead barely functioning zombies, who knows if I'll ever actually get my car to advise on that. It is literally about to be a day later since I joined the line for my car. The people at Athens airport are wholly incompetent
