Shop great but please choose different shipping provider!!!
Ordered coins came ok, packed very good without any damage but PLEASE dont use UPS as shipping provider or tell to capital logistic company (european mint use somebody else to provide shipping, so shipping is paid separately from order) I ordered also from other shops in Europe, they use usually DHL or DPD for delivery which work just fine. This was my first (and I hope last) experience with UPS. Very basic tracking, estimated delivery "11.7. - end of the day". Since I got information, that there will be only one attempt to deliver (thanks to covid etc.) so somebody must be at home, I wanted to change delivery to pick up point. To do this, you must register to UPS and agree with hell long conditions, but ok. Once I did this and log in, the whole UPS webside stopped working, even tracking webpage collapsed and I was not able to change delivery. So I took day off in my work to be able to take the package. At 16:30 they wrote me an email that delivery is postpone to next day because of vacations (from tracking - parcel was already in my country and state holydays were last week, this week is normal so...) . The exact time was not mentioned at all "we will let you know the time of delivery as soon as possible". Today I went to work normally (I already spent one day off for nothing), hoping UPS driver will give me a call or SMS and I will let know to somebody. Guess what? No call, no sms, tracking was showing "no time estimation" till 16:00 when the parcel was delivered and just by big big luck somebody was at home to take it. I dont know what would they do if nobody was at home. Left it in front of doors? Give it to the neighbours which I barelly know - sure all good options for packege with valuables :-) So UPS never again, at last not in Czech Rep. (btw review evaluation of UPS in CZ are 2,4/5*, im not the only one with this experiance) I would rather consider travel to Estonia myself to pick it up then use this shipping again :-)

I have been buying gold and silver from the European Mint (EM) for over a year now and I must say that they have the best and most responsive sales team that I have dealt with. I live in Qatar and shipping or customs rules can be challenging in this part of the world. Après avoir vérifié nos registres, nous n’avons trouvé aucune commande passée sous un nom similaire ou approchant, ni aucune commande provenant d’un pays francophone à la date de publication du commentaire ou dans les mois précédents. Aucune réclamation n’a été reçue, et le profil a été créé uniquement pour publier ce seul avis négatif.
De plus, l’utilisation du nom « FM Stéréo » suggère fortement un lien avec un concurrent bien connu de notre secteur, également actif dans le milieu musical. Fait révélateur : cette même personne a passé une véritable commande chez nous exactement un an après avoir publié ce commentaire — ce qui contredit clairement sa propre affirmation de « plus jamais ».

Fedex lost my parcel
Fedex recently lost my parcel and admitted responsibility. Although annoying, I thought this wouldn't be a problem as EuropeanMint would have parcel insurance with fedex. Doesn't matter because EuropeanMint have just flat out ignored all of my emails so now I have lost £3500.
Oh and you'll also need to pay import tax when ordering to the UK (not stipulated anywhere on their site).
Updated 22/11 - was contacted and told they would open an investigation 2+ months ago that could take up to 21 business days, this has long gone and i'm still no closer to a resolution.
Updated 6/22 - I have since been refunded by European Mint in full for the lost order.

Je viens enfin de recevoir mes pièces argent. L attente a été extrêmement longue, (environ 3 mois depuis la date de commande). Les pièces argent (neuves) sont cependant d une excellentes qualité. Je sais que certain ont été déçu par la qualité de pièce de seconde main, mais là, il n y a rien à redire. Je trouve dommage que l equipe ne m ait pas d elle-même informé de l évolution de la livraison et que j ai dû a chaque fois m'informer moi-même au près d eux pour savoir où ça en était.
Je repasserai cependant volontiers par leur service.
