Highly Recommended
I have EM several times now and have never been disappointed. The quality and range of products is excellent and the packaging and delivery is great although sometimes the delivery time can be a little long, but that is only moan. I would heartily recommend EM to anyone looking to but precious metals.

I have had a great relationship with Europeanmint.com for over a year, I have purchased large quantities of bullion from them on multiple occasions. I found out about this company from BackyardBullion and the Silver Forum. Always great product and excellent customer service. Reliable is what you want in a bullion dealer. Reliable place to buy coins
Recently received my third order, so far the coin quality is really good. It's worth mentioning that last time I had to pay to another bank account, but everything else was the same.
I wish transit time was a bit faster, but that's common for online shopping.

WHAT is happening here!?
WHAT is happening!? I have bought here several times and was always satisfied. You do have to pay weeks before they have some coins, which is irritating but I accepted that too. Then suddenly my order of a very collectable Disney coin was "oversold". So they could not deliver what I paid for weeks ahead. Very unpleasant, but what can you do?
Now I ordered again for over 5000 euros and the invoice has a different bank, account name and even country (Lithuania!). I don't know about you, but we are dealing with a private company, where you must put your trust for weeks, even months before delivery. All red flags in the air when they want an order to be paid to someone else, a one person company without any assurances. Make up your own mind, but I do not deal this way.

Had made 2 orders from this company(lockal pickup and also international shipping with UPS) , very good service, fluent communication and fast shipping, also one of the best prices in EU + no robbery with VAT. Second order was very problematic, I ordered a lockal pickup cause had a problemns with bank, by the rules I have to pay within 5 day from placing order or it will be closed + I have to pay 5%(of order total) penalty , but the borders was closed and they have not used their legal rights to cancel my order to get legal 5% penalty + very good benefit(next day from placing an order prices for PHYSICAL silver bullion rised for more than 40% due to high demand ) and holded my order with unique price reserved for more than MONTH till I found possibility to make a bank transfer. So I recommend this company for a multiple reasons, Thank you European Mint very much - you are my dealer number 1 ))
