We put an order in for vacuum parts in June. It appeared that all parts were in stock. Then a week or so later we were notified that one part, the main one that we needed, was back ordered and we would have to wait until the end of September. Now that that time has come we are notified that the part is no longer made. Very frustrating to have waited for no reason.

We have a very old Electrolux Canister Vacuum that we have been using for about 40 years. About 2 decades ago, I discovered the evacuumstore and I've been impressed with their availability of filters, product quality, fast service, and fair pricing. We have an 1974 Vacuum and ordered a hose. When it did not fit we called evacuumstore we were told where to look for the proper number that they needed to send the proper hose. We received the proper hose (even tho the Vac was over 50 years old) and it fit. It was good to deal with people that know what they were doing. Thanks.
