Evacuum seemed to have a good price on the Delphin T8, which showed in stock when I ordered. I expected to receive the vacuum promptly, but after a few weeks noticed it was now showing out of stock, so I requested my order be cancelled and refunded, which they did. I wished they hadn’t sold me out of stock items and that they had informed me sooner instead of leaving me looking in my mail drop each day and wondering.

They had what I needed for my classic 1952 Electrolux. Good prices.

My vacuum part was exactly what I ordered. I used the excellent website to find exactly what I needed. I even called to enquire about the materials used and I got a quick and accurate response. An excellent company! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy all my vacuum parts again and perhaps buy a new vacuum from evaccumstore.

They have everything for every vacuum. The customer service is excellent. Many times I’ve either needed parts or various bags or brushes and found that e-vacuum has it. They are literally might go to. Quick turnaround and low prices are a plus.

I found the filters that I needed. Prices were good.
Then when I started the buying process I found out that the shipping cost were higher than the 2 filters together.
That's a big no-no for me.

Very disappointing experience. Price for vacuum was lowest I found on the internet, but delivery took much longer than anticipated and I received vacuum bags before my actual vacuum. Moreover, it was a hassle to return the items and obtain a full refund given that the company was unresponsive. I was, ultimately, forced to escalate the matter and did obtain a full refund with the assistance of my credit card company. Given their inferior Customer Service, I cannot recommend this merchant.
