First time Customer. Explained my issues with my purchase. Just had to send a few pictures. Plus a few emails. Before I knew it the owner had refunded me money. Great experience for being optimistic about buying from a company I didn't know. But since they use affirm as a payment option. I had faith. Since I trust affirm. Beings I have a few accounts with affirm.

Everything about this transaction was super simple. Shipping was very fast, the packaging was excellent! Prices are great.

Unfortunately, the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum model did not work on my carpets. I was disappointed!! Before ordering, I did call and asked few questions, including if that model had a roller brush - no roller brush, I was told and that encouraged me to order it. But... the sticky strip on the bottom of the attachment head made it impossible to glide over my rugs. Amazing suction - I was very impressed! Customer service was good, but returning was on my own and it was expensive! I'm not sure I'll consider another model.

Let me tell you why this is a good company. They have a very solid customer support team. I had an issue with an order that was my fault and they went the extra mile to stop the shipment and refund me fully in a timeframe which I feel most companies would not have done. They are also very informative.

They didn't have all the parts for my order so they left me in limbo. They never contacted me or anything. I had to contact them to resolve the situation. They need some better software or something

I was glad to find the exact part I needed at evacuum . I’m not a fan of Shop, their tracking site. They wanted too much personal information. After 3 weeks I checked on the status of my order and was informed it was still on back order. I had not even been informed that it was on back order. I asked to cancel my order and they did so in a quick and professional manner.
