Charged for non-available item!

Ordered a power cord and paid with PayPal. Later was notified the item was no longer available (so why is it on their website and why did they charge me for it???) and I would be refunded. No refund and contacted customer support and no response. Called and told my refund request would be forwarded to appropriate person/department - still no refund. Filed a claim with PayPal and they immediately refunded the charge - thanks PayPal, but no thanks to eVacuumStore!

Charged credit card for backordered item

Ordered a Bissel rug shampoer roller assembly. No shipping info and they charged (not pending) my credit card. Called support. Told me I would get an email with shipping info . Three days later - no email. Called again. My part should ship sometime next week. So, they charged my credit card for an item on backorder. Bad business policy. Stay away from this company.

VAPORWARE for sale but no parts....only apologies.

I purchased and immediately paid for an easily replaceable power switch on 5/1/2025 and received no product, no tracking number, and no communications from the company. On 5/19/2025 I finally received email that said they were "sorry" and the product was out of stock. (was it not out of stock when they offered it for sale?). They also replied that "good news" was that parts were soon to be resocked but they offered no shipping date and no clue when to expect what I paid for. People, a company as inept as this one needs to go out of business!

Placed in order for an item and paid for it. 3 days later, I still have no tracking number, no shipping information, no nothing. Send an email for an update and was informed that the item is out of stock. But as soon as it's in stock, they'll ship it to me with no e t a. I sent another email requesting a refund and have gotten no response in two days. Stay away from this company

Terrible Customer Service

I left something off an order, immediately realized my mistake and called to try to correct it after submitting. Sat on hold for a long time then was told to leave a message. I did, explaining the situation with all relevant info and asking that the order be held until I spoke with them.

They sent it this morning anyway and when I did manage to speak with someone (Josh) after another long hold, he made absolutely no effort to fix the situation, and I’m not going to pay shipping for an $8 part. This will be the last time I shop with them.

shipping error and store ignores my request

how is it you get the parts to us but nothing from Customer Service. the part was 40 miles from my home in AZ 3 days prior to delivery date. somehow the shipper on the day before it was to arrive at my home shipped it to ybor city Florida at which time I inquired if that was correct No response from E vacuum but have talked with USPS. they could not tell me why they shipped it to Florida. I ordered on Feb 23, due to arrive on 3/5/2025. arrival date was 3/9 at which time I had shipper return the pkg. on 3/9/2025

Unfortunately I have to add to the poor reviews. I believe its a product problem but for some reason evacuumstore won't work with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. My advice, go with a local dealer not online. I've had to pay for shipping for repairs that did not fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with an expensive vacuum that doesn't work.

Garbage company!!! No shipment or notice over a week later! I called and was hung up on, by VIN, total jerk. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered a part for a vacuum cleaner

Ordered a part for a vacuum cleaner. 7 days later I get a notice that a "pre-shipping"tracking number has been issued. I wonder how much longer it will take to ship it, let along to receive it once it is shipped. What a scam, they obviously don't carry any stock and order the parts as they are bought. Stay Away

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns. Their website claims that they are located in Norwood Mass, which is about 85 miles from our home on Cape Cod. Took about nine days for a very simple order to arrive. Had I known how long it would take for the order to arrive, I would have simply driven up there and gotten it.
I will never deal with these turkeys again!! Nor should you!

Better to buy local

The salesperson was extremely helpful with our order. However, the problem was that Sebo sent us a new vacuum which did not work. When I contacted evacuumstore, they referred us to a technician. I was asked for photos, which I then sent. The technician NEVER got back to us. As a result, when I called evacuumstore again, we were told to contact Sebo directly, who, in turn, sent us to a local store which handles the warranty. Ironically, we were sent a defective hose by Sebo, a rarity, and are awaiting resolution. At the price of this vacuum, there should have been no issues. If you buy from evacuumstore, be forewarned that they do not care about you once they have your money.

TERRIBLE company

TERRIBLE company! DO NOT buy anything from this company because if you have any issues and need to send the item back you will be told there is a 20% restocking fee! The customer reps are RUDE and one even hung up on me after he kept talking over me to the point where he successfully angered me to the point of me raising my voice and them promptly hung up on me. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company and based on the other terrible reviews I've seen, I'd be surprised if they are still in business this time next year. GO AMAZON!!!!!!

They made a mistake and very poor customer service

I called to buy a nutone power head and hose. She told me which one I needed. It came the the hose was wrong. I called again and she told me the shipped the wrong hose but she would send a part so I could fix it with detailed instructions. The part finally came and no instructions.i called again and the guy said he would take care of it. Nothing. Called three more times and couldn't get through. I didn't think I should have to fix their problem in the first place but that is the new world we live. Terrible customer service. Called PayPal to see if they could do something .still waiting. I want the right hose or a refund plus shipping label to send the wrong one back. Buyer beware of their customer service. And so you know I'm in business for myself and would never do this to a customer

More than one year later

More than one year later. I want to thank BBB for trying to get my refund back from eVacuum. They did make an attempt to refund my credit card but the bank had already issued a new card due to the fact that this was looking like fraud. I sent a certified letter to eVacuum requesting that they mail a check for $399 which is the amount of my refund. They did not acknowledge the certified letter, nor did they sign for it. After six months I have yet to receive my $399 refund. It is shameful that this business is even open. I returned they item and paid for the shipping myself which brings the total to $450. But I would be happy to receive my money.

I am at a loss and being punished for buying from this business.
