The job arose as an insurance claim arising from faulty workmanship from a window firm that subsequently went into liquidation. Evander was the approved supplier recommended by the insurance company.I was impressed by the speed with which my claim was processed, the diligence of Evander who quickly inspected the job to be done, the efficiency of the surveyor and technician who carried out the work and the clarity of the information which he provided. Also impressive was the fact that this agent had to travel from Newport in South Wales to a village North of Aberystwyth in mid-Wales to carry out the work, his friendly and respectful manner and the fact that he cleared up efficiently, taking away all the rubbish and discarded window parts.

The team were professional and courteous throughout the assessment, then the follow up call to have someone visit on the day, and the actual locksmith engineer who attended as promised.

Our patio door lock was not engaging with the adjacent patio door. Evander sent a professional locksmith through our policy with homeserve. The locksmith they sent (Spencer Coleman) arrived quickly and was very professional and friendly. He fixed our patio door locking issue quickly and efficiently despite tricky alignment issues. I would thoroughly recommend this company and the extremely polite, friendly and professional staff they employ.

Evander provided excellent service … visiting late in the being to make my door temporarily secure and did a fantastic job on fixing the door permanently. The guys were freindly and completed the job very quickly

surveyor came 2 days after burglary, measured the broken window and spotted that the window handles had been damaged so added replacements, new sealed unit was fitted within two weeks really quickly so we were very pleased. The original supplier/installer of the windows claimed that the whole window would have to be replaced which was simply not true. So we appreciated the speed/slickness of the whole process, the honesty about what was possible and the good natured staff involved. Thank you!
