While the chargers were okay, try to get a refund for unused credit - very very slow, and not obvious as to how you would request it

Pretty poor, Failed to achieve a charge 3 times although App said it was charging. Called their telephone no and was told I'd get a call back shortly. Never received any call back and never achieved a charge.
Suggest you choose another company if possible.
When we had our charger installed in January 2021 customer service was good. I could get through to a technician often within seconds of calling. By July 2021, things have severe turn for the worse. It took 9 calls over a number of days to get nowhere, and only after logging two complaints to a manager, I finally made contact. This happened on two occasions in July so if you are relying on this charging provider, be ready for a poor response time.
Not fit for purpose - charging points are constantly breaking (including trapping charging cables on multiple occasions, resulting in damage to the cable in the process of getting it free) and the customer service team is very slow to respond and completely impossible to get hold of outside of 9-5 Monday to Friday. We have been waiting weeks to get multiple charging points in our street fixed.
Found this charger by accidentally whilst shopping at a DIY store. So quickly tried there website a within five minutes our 100% electric car was charging. Good company in my eyes also no cost.Nice one. All we now need is a few million more.
there is no phone number to contact them. have been emailing them four times a month for eight months about my charging point not working, not one reply.
it can't be the worst customer care ever, as there is no customer care at all.
None of their charging points works at Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield. Guess what ? No support, no contact number nothing. Just the useless 1990s website !!!!

Fortunately my car is hybrid and electric charging is encouraged but not absolutely vital. Not sure what would happen if I had to rely on this co. to re-charge my car and get me the 200 miles or so back home :-(
From my experience, one of the recharging 'clubs' to be avoided
UPDATE: Did, eventually, receive a (singular, from numerous attempts) necessary confirmatory e-mail and did achieve a vehicle charge. However my concerns regarding an apparently very weak IT support system & lack of customer service (Contact 'phone no etc) of some deep concern
