Don't book with these I booked a dwarf on the morning of the 26th April for that evening in Newcastle to recive a phone call telling me they didn't have one available and to cancel my booking. I cancelled my booking to be told I will not receive my deposit back of £90. After numerous email sent they now say they had one as they had passed my booking around. My argument is I was told to cancel send screen shot of messages from the number they told me that would contact me now I have no reply I've ask for them to phone me still no reply in over a month. So basically they just rob me of £90 and dident provide a service.

Cancelled on the morning of the hen do! after reading the bad reviews I contacted the company expressing my concerns and I was reassured of course by the trustworthy KAREN that our entertainer would 100% be available as it was not a rural area! BIRMINGHAM! She told me that bookings only get cancelled in rural areas. Do not use will ruin your plans! It's funny how often the entertainers get ill, why even bother wasting peoples time u must have a lot of time of your hands KAREN!
Bank refunded and company been reported!

You can't verify me as your reviews on your website are not legit, there's noway of leaving a review on the website. Also another lie I had spoken to several people and they all confirmed your company's a scam even another entertainment company who we had to book instead arranged something last minute said you were a scam!

Event go basically said they needed a address which I provided when I made the booking they then said as they never had a address they couldn't send the barcrawl girls.
As we was on a stag do this messed up our well planned night of laugher they then said they won't be refunding my deposit avoid at all costs

DO NOT BOOK WITH EVENGO(B.Holding). Had an absolutely horrific experience. Strippers booked for a ladies night well in advance. Had a text on the day to say both strippers could not attend due to illness/ COVID/ travel issues etc. Apparently their was no alternative. This left me having to cancel my event, refunding tickets & loosing a significant amount of money for deposits paid to Drag Queen/ Security/ Venue/ DJ. Now leaving customers I actually value extremely disappointed! Avoid at all costs! Have saw many other reviews with people that have had a similar issue. If cancellations are more frequent in rural areas due to travel maybe your services shouldn’t be available in those areas to prevent this from happening! I would give 0 stars I could! Horrible experience & apart from a meaningless apology & being told I will get my deposit back, their has been no resolution, no offer to compensate my losses or even an offer for a discounted service in future (not that I would ever book through EVENGO again). EDIT: Rather than just using reviews from Review.IO from the few customers that actually received services they had paid and booked for that had the option of leaving a review of making it on to your website, why don’t you find a way to verify me(&others) as customers that have left honest reviews on TrustPilot & include them too! Atleast they will know what to expect! Might save some disappointment for your future customers!

Avoid at all costs!! Paid our deposit for a booking months ago, then had a email the day before the booking to say the stripper was ‘unwell’ so they re-arranged for a different type of stripper. We agreed to this, even though it wasn’t what we wanted, then on the day of the event they cancel the whole booking due to their words ‘COVID, Illness, Acts/entertainers no longer available and Major Travel issues’. Absolute disgrace of a company, they never had any intention of ever sending anyone out. Do not book here, please listen to the other 1star reviews on here! Shocking.
Update - if the ‘IO reviews’ is legit then how come I am not able to add a review onto there? Looks very fake to me!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD. Absolute scam. We booked a young sexy male stripper for my friends hen do. And got a 5ft pot bellied 50 year old bald man. Please be aware the images online do not represent what you will get. They wouldn't refund us because in the T&C's it states that the images 'indicate' what you may have. Only thing our stripper had in common with the pictures online was that he was the same species. AVOID

Seeing all the negative reviews I was really worried booking, I emailed Karen direct and she explained why there are sometimes cancellations etc but assured the area we was in (bath) there would be no problems!
Stripper contacted me 2 hours before as advised be would and was fantastic entertainment for my friends hen!
I think for piece of mind it might be better for some contact earlier than two hours before the event but please don’t take all the negative reviews to heart as this company were very reliable for me!

Had a dwarf hired that cancelled the night before the stag do. Given another option of a drag who cancelled an hour before we were meant to meet. Beware booking in the Norwich area horrendous service.

Ordered a stripper & drag act for a stag. Stripper that turned up was not the one we order. The drag that turned up was a 21 year old GIRL dressed to look like drag! Unbelievable.
Complained, told not getting a refund due to their T&C's. Had their T&C's review by a solicitor. Turns out they're illegal! Have contacted trading standards & commencing small claims court. AVOID !

Update today (29/04/25) on the review below which was left on 08/04/25): I received the company reply quickly after leaving the main review which asks me to get in touch with Gemma so that the matter could be given 'the attention it deserves'
I forwarded on the evidence and attachments that I had originally sent which included booking reference so that they could easily find my booking and tie it up with the original complaint made under the name of Elaine Stones.
It would appear their reply to me on here, was just for Trustpilot. I have not heard a thing. Chased up again last week, and to date, nothing. I shouldn't be surprised really, given how I've been treated and ignored and this proves my original review.
I'll add this to the Trading Standards case and other bodies.
I have been contacted by a couple of people already who were considering booking and will continue to answer any questions as I really wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned!!

Utter scam!
Paid £50 deposit online. The remaining £150 was to be paid in cash to the entertainer on the night.
I chose outfit and booked the time as requested.
The entertainer turned up, severely disabled (not his fault but we did not feel comfortable asking him to strip as it really did not seem acceptable and not the vibe we were looking for - all very awkward. He turned up in the wrong outfit and far too early.
He did not have any plan, any dance or routine so we the whole thing became very cringey and awkward very quickly. It seemed he had no idea of what to do.
I complained via email later that evening as it was so upsetting and not anything of what was booked or intended.
I received very vague response saying 'we usually have good feedback' (I highly doubt that) yet what had that got to do with our experience? The excuse for the wrong outfit was that 'some outfits get damaged!!!'
Nothing else was addressed and they advised that the complaint could not be upheld. They just did not care in the slightest, not the least bit interested.
Once they have your money that's it. Horrendous company.
The website and photos are nothing like the reality so please be aware and save your money.
They will no doubt deny this but I am willing to send footage, supply my complaint and the shocking responses to anyone who wishes to see them. I am unable to use email in here but if you wish to contact me: Elaine Stones Scunthorpe on Messenger. (this account is in my husbands name).
I don't know what else could have gone wrong for me to have qualified for a full refund, honestly, but not offered a penny, just an offer of a £30 voucher toward any future bookings.... really??

I booked a stripper for a friends 40th Birthday and the whole day had been planned around that I had communication with the guy up until the time he was meant to show.
He ignored me messages and my phone calls I left him an voicemail asking where he was and that I wasn't happy.
He never showed and I had to wait until the Monday to speak to someone via email I did this and was told that the guy had told them that he told me about a safety issue with our venue(this was a house) but I hadn't had anything from him so that there is a LIE!
I was then told that he had received a abusive voicemail which ner happened so another LIE!
I have been told I am not getting a refund and then they put the T&C's in the email.
Please stay away from this company there is no customer service and they take your money with no intention of giving a refund.

1 star is too many! They kept confirming with wonderful personal emails and never showed! Note that the availability of the person you book remains available on the site. Scammers! No idea what the point of the scam but horrible

1 star is still too much for this business. The way they do business is utterly appalling and I advise any one looking to book to STAY AWAY. They cancelled our stripper on the morning of the event and I couldn’t get in touch with anybody. They are refusing to give me my deposit back and ignoring all my emails. The way they can take people money in times as they are is disgusting. Find someone else!!!!! Do not use!!!!

Only putting 1 as it ismt letting me put zero. Company seemed great to begin with but the day before the event I was told they couldnt do the time wanted so would be later, I then get a message from the performer saying he wouldn't be there for newly arranged time and he didn't have the outfit we required. he said the company would send me someone else. company confirmed that night ir wasnt a problem and i would have a new performer, I asked for a photo and heard nothing back. woke up the following morning (day of the event) to a cancellation email due to covid/ performer illness and nothing else. It completly ruined our event as I wasn't able to source a new performer despite another company trying tirelessly for the whole day (for zero fee, we have since rebooked a new date with party strip andthey are amazing) it seems from previous reviews that this is the normal procedure for this company I just wish I had read these before booking. STEER CLEAR

Here are the specific issues we encountered:
1.
Incorrect Performer: The performer who arrived was not the one we had booked. Instead, an older gentleman who was giving weird cringe dance, who did not match the description or style we were expecting, was sent.
2.
Poor Quality Performance: The performance was disappointingly brief, lasting only about 14 minutes. It felt rushed and was far from the quality we had anticipated.
3.
Outfit Mix-up: The performer arrived in an army outfit, despite our request for a fireman outfit, as indicated in the booking. This miscommunication further contributed to our dissatisfaction.
4.
Unprofessional Conduct: The performer arrived 15 minutes early and, after finishing his brief performance, mentioned that he had several other bookings that evening, including in Burnley and Manchester. This left us feeling like our event was not given the proper attention or care.

I wish I could give 0! Hired a dwarf for hen party, had message 2 days before to say that due to illness I would have to choose alternative act, went with drag act who turned up brought absolutely nothing to the day, drunk our drinks, and the went off with another group! When I complained was basically told - they have done everything they had told us they would do, replied saying I wasn’t happy and haven’t heard anything back! Some serious CS issues that need resolving if they are looking for repeat custom! I would never use again

AVOID!! INTIMIDATION and HARASSMENT!
I can’t believe I’m writing this as I always write positive reviews but I genuinely feel sick to the stomach.
I’ve raised a complaint to the complaints email and to their general email. Tried calling their number but every option is automated.
I paid for a stripper for an upcoming event. Required to pay the £60 deposit and £95 to the stripper on the day.
I then get texts from the stripper asking the preferences for the event which was fine and expected as per their website.
Then few days later I am being asked to transfer him £40 EXTRA in advance. I asked him, so deduct this from from the £95 on the day. He said no needs it because he’s 2 hours away! Then I sent him a screenshot of my order to advise that it was £60 deposit and £95 to him in cash (which I already have withdrawn and actually took out £100 ready for him) from the ATM. Then after my screenshot he then said ok how about £15/20! And that he prefers something if not don’t worry.
The stripper then tries to backtrack and won’t stop messaging me and I now feel harassed and intimidated. Because if I was to continue the service I would feel intimidated as I have refused to pay extra than what was advertised.
So I’ve complained to the company and explicitly asked them to cancel this service and to refund me first before informing the stripper so I can block his number to stop being harassed. They completely ignored my concerns and keep saying everything is proceeding as normal!
Well as expected I then get another message from the stripper about my complaint and now he’s not happy and wants me to reassure this company that it was all wrong!
The stripper won’t stop harassing me, I feel intimidated as he has my address and the company Evengo are not addressing my concerns just that you only need to pay £95. Completely ignoring on how this experience has made and continue to make me feel and now I’m anxious about what should be a fun day celebrating a hen do of him arriving on my doorstep!
As per the terms and conditions I can’t cancel this service without forfeiting the £60 despite I’m the victim! So I’ve asked repeatedly for them to cancel and refund me the £60.
This review will be published everywhere so others don’t have to experience the anxiety, intimidation and harassment I am currently experiencing.
I am now going to contact the police about the harassment and then report to trading standards as despite I have offered a simple resolution, they rather give me anxiety all week and keep £60 like it’s £60,000!
Now I’m fully expecting a reply of please reach out to me via complaints email or phone us so we can resolve this. Well I have done this already hence this review.
Evengo, please read this in full as my emails are not being fully acknowledged and you seem to find me feeling harassed, intimidated and anxious as a confusion on my part and it’s ok for this to continue!

Isn’t it funny you reply on here then via the emails and complaint procedure!
Also this is the first time I’m hearing now this is the reason? When did I say I wanted extra services? Also if you read the text messages as you clearly haven’t read the text messages in full and have gone on his word you see he wanted to stay on for free as he has nothing else to do and fancied the bride!
Also how can I speak to the booking team when the booking, complaint or any so called team on Evengo won’t reply but you’ve told the stripper that you have now cancelled him (great) but haven’t told me because you don’t want to forfeit the £60 and potentially the whole £155 as if we cancel we have to pay the full amount!
So I now have written proof you have cancelled the event and more as your stripper won’t stop texting and harassing me despite you cancelled him, it’s now been reported to the police and my bank. So you can explain to the police and soon the trading standards (as they’re will also receive a complaint).

Absolute joke of a company.
Hired a dwarf for 6pm for a party. I was contacted 3 days before asking if the dwarf could come at 1pm instead. After refusing the 1pm I then got a message 1 night before saying that unfortunately they have to cancel due to illness. It was very obvious that there was another job offered to them.
You have to pay the £90 deposit instantly but apparently it take 7-10 working days to get your money back.

On the 24th March I booked a dwarf stripper for a hen party on the 2nd of August. £90 deposit was taken immediately, the remaining was due to be taken in person on the night. I emailed the week before to confirm timings and that everything was ok for the night and the emailed back reassuring it was all going ahead. Then on the 31st July (2 days before) I had an email to say that the entertainer had cancelled due to illness. There was the option to have 2 alternatives, “a funny stripper” or “a sexy stripper”. I chose the funny stripper and then received a confirmation email. On the 2nd of August, the day of the event, I received a text message to say that the other entertainer had cancelled. This was 4 hours before he was supposed to turn up. No explanation! It looks like this a recurring theme. Wish I had seen these awful reviews before booking.
You can’t actually speak to anyone when you ring, it’s all an automated voice recording. I would avoid this company at all costs and don’t waste your money like we did!
