Was impressed with the speed of installation

Great value.. Excellent service from start to finish. Tech dept sorted a minor issue over the phone remoting to system. All processes explained and no pressure to buy.

Everything was arranged so smoothly. I was kept informed of the timings. The fitting team worked brilliantly together and everything was fitted, and up and running within a day.

I've had my evergreen solar installation for over a year now but it developed a fault 4 months ago and unfortunately it wasnt detected, whereby the batteries were discharging as soon as they had charged. when i spotted the problem Piers and the team have spent the last 5 days diagnosing the fault and have sent me a replacement part which i installed and saved an engineer being called out and it looks like it been resolved. thanks so much for the team at evergreen

I was sceptical at first as I didn’t understand the procedure of certification after the installation of the system. Spoke to a very nice lady (Victoria) in the office who explained the process to me and put me at ease. I was then transferred to the technical team again a very nice man (Darmit) who gave me ownership of my remote system and gave me clear precise instructions on how to set my charge and discharge times to be the best tariff rates for my supplier who is Octapus. Great service 👍🏼

Bad Company

I had evergreen solar UK fitted 14 panels on my property. I have never seen a company like it absolutely amazing. Scaffolding up front and back solar panels fitted and scaffolding straight down on the same day, What a great team of lads.
Left property spotlessly clean .
Then the electrician arrived called Sam who was second to none connected everything in my loft cleaned up and you would never know he's been in my house.
And a massive thank you to piers who called me all the way through installation and explained everything it was a hard route to wire up the panels.So thanks Piers and Sam you are a credit to Evergreen solar UK

Young engineer who came out to fit my batteries was extremely polite and a hard worker. System working perfectly at a great price. Would definitely recommend and will be looking for 3 more batteries and more solar fitted by them (also evergreen give that engineer you have a bloody pay rise he's earned it) 😆

Overall a positive experience with a happy ending!
From negotiation's with price and availability of products and install dates to the products being installed was a very quick process (under 7 days to arrange everything)
All the trades on site were courteous and went about their work professionally. All done and dusted within 2 days
The hiccup and subsequent delay to having an operational system was the roof cables being connected to the battery’s and inverter due to the availability of the electrician (was required on many jobs throughout the country) … this prolonged the install by a further 7 days … discussions / negotiations with the head office team by phone and email were received and resolved within a timely manner.
We now have a fully operational solar system and look forward to the savings.

Started Early with erecting the scaffolding then second team arrived and explained what they were going to do, and installed the panels for electrician to connect.
Just waiting for final connection next week, cant wait to see it all working ....

Everything was just so easy! Initial meeting to talk through needs, then scaffolding/solar panels fitted then electrician to wire it all up. Everything ran smoothly and really great customer service with queries. Can’t fault and would definitely recommend!! Huge thanks

The cost was competitive. The surveyor was efficient and knowledgeable. The installation team did the job in less than a day. They were very polite, helpful, efficient and tidy. Everything was done with excellent communication and consideration given to my requirements. I now have a good understanding of how my system operates and how to optimise its use.

Everone I have dealt with in the office has been very helpful. The team who installed the solar panels plus Gareth who installed the battery and inverter were all excellent and did a first class job.

We spoke to Viktoriia on 24th February 2026. She was very patient and helpful in resolving the problems/issues for us. Very impressed with her quality of services. On 25th February 2026 we had a call from Melvin John for further details regarding the Grid system and he understood exactly what I asked him. He was very supportive and sorted/resolved that out within minutes. He definitely is an asset to the company. We are very happy with all the help provided by both. Thank you

Very good and prompt service sending paper documents to help register my PV system with Octopus, unfortunately postal service delivered to Wrong address together with other important letters to a wrong address.,so am still not registered. VICTORIA WAS particularly helpful and efficient very reassuring to know she's at the end of the end of
