Started of with a few minor problems but they did bend over backwards to solve and put right and so far the system is a vast improvement on the one it replaced at a 1/3rd of the price.

A team of five, team leader Jamie, arrived punctually and immediately got to work and worked tirelessly. The job of putting ten solar panels on the roof, fitting two batteries and inverter, connecting all and coming online was all done in six and an half hours! I was most impressed. They all worked well as a team, communicated well with myself, were friendly and above all - they were obviously well practiced at what they do.

The whole process from sale/contract to completion was efficiently carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending this company on the basis of my own experience.

We have had a difficult time installing solar panels. Initially everything seemed to go well with Jason the sales guy promptly arriving and providing a competitive quote with a short lead time. The panels were installed however lots of tiles were broken during the install. There was lots of toing and froing in trying to arrange for the roof to be inspected and fixed however after managing to make contact with Lauren from the installation team and Robert the building manager the repairs were completed promptly and completely. When thinking about solar panels, I would really think about the condition of your own roof first. Ours was fine prior to works starting however due to the age of it, damage seems to have been inevitable according to the experts. In short, Jason, Lauren and Robert have been instrumental in not only arranging the install but fixing all the subsequent problems. Unsure if this is an occupational hazard installing panels on non new builds but there are hazards which need to be understood before committing!

Evergreen Power recently installed my 4.5 kWh solar system, along with a 10 kWh battery, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offered the most competitive quote among the three companies I compared, but the value went far beyond the price.

The teamwork between the scaffolding crew, the solar installers, and the electrician was seamless — everyone knew their role, communicated well, and worked efficiently. I would like to share my excellent post-sales and installation experience with the Evergreen PowerUK team, particularly Ms Lauren (reception) and Mr Melvin (technical engineer).

I had my system installed in Aug 2024, and it has been working without a fault.

Lauren has always been professional, pleasant, and highly efficient in handling queries over the phone. I know sometimes you may have to try a few times before connecting to her, but once you do, your query is efficiently attended to.

Melvin has been outstanding on the technical side. Recently, my system batteries suddenly stopped charging and communicating with the grid, he dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally, keeping me informed throughout until everything was fully resolved. On another occasion, after I changed my broadband provider, Melvin again provided clear guidance and support to reconnect the inverter seamlessly.

Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication shown by both Lauren and Melvin.

Installation resulted in leak in the roof; mud;tiple emails have been sent to evergreen regarding the issue, none have been acknowledged. We still have expandable foam visible and exposed brick work from the installation that we were assured would be rectified, but this has not yet been forthcoming.

Having spent 3 hours with Solis Europe to resolve an issue with Inverter and Battery not working, Melvin John of Evergreen Power called me and within 1/2 hour appears to have solved the issue, I hope. Will monitor. Customer service from Melvin is the standard expected and received

Excellent sales process which was very educative. Tony was awesome. He answered all my questions and made me proceed. The installation guys were very professional and friendly and the team on the phone and email were ever so courteous and friendly. The kit seems to be working fine and I await full set up with Octopus and can't wait to see the pennies start piling up

Evergreen Power were one of eight companies I contacted regarding a Solar PV and Battery installation. Not only was their quote extremely competitive but the surveyor was honestwith me and very knowledgeable .
The work force were on time and fitted the panels very quickly and tidily despite cold wet weather and the scaffolding was down and gone very swiftly.
All is working well and I am very pleased I had the work done.
My neighbour had a similar but smaller installation with another company and he paid nearly £5000 more.
I am not one to give recommendations normally but would not hesitate to recommend this firm. They did a great job.
