No parcel, no updates on the promised replacement, and no resolution
I originally found Everyday Hub through an advertisement for the Infinity Cube(this is an accessory) on instagram. The product looked amazing, and I thought it would be a perfect addition to my desk. Unfortunately, my experience after placing the order has been the complete opposite.
My parcel never reached me. The courier marked it as delivered and even provided an exact date and time, but I checked my security camera recordings and nobody came to my address at that time. That immediately made the delivery look very suspicious. I contacted support, gathered all the evidence I could, filed an appeal, and even received a reply saying a replacement would be sent. That was over a month ago. Since then, nothing. No replacement, no tracking number, no updates, and almost no communication despite following up multiple times.
At this point, I’ve lost both my money and my time, and my issue is still unresolved. I genuinely hope someone from the company finally responds after seeing this review.
For me, this whole situation creates the impression of a scam, so I would strongly advise people to be very cautious before ordering. I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine
