Only ordered once as I was trying a few places my first time ordering anything like this. Ordering was easy, was kept updated on delivery, delivered on time, all the items of clothing were in the condition described, I do think it is a bit pricey though for what it is. I have found better for less than half the price I paid….. but other than that no complaints. I’d definitely try and be a bit more competitive x

Just placed my second order, the first order was sent out within days and in the last week before Christmas - Amazing!

I had been looking for a reliable preloved clothes wholesaler for months & had high expectations, due to ETB reviews. I definitely wasn't disappointed. The quality of the clothes couldn't be faulted and the way they are packaged is commendable. I very much doubt that any clothes wholesaler lives up to ETB for their commitment to keep their customers happy.

I bought clothes from them for 500£.70% of clothes rubish,terrible,all dirty,bad smell,too many without buttons.A lot clothes from primark,all very scary.Dont buy from this company,i am not recomend.i put all clothes too litter
