Tried to set up account. Took a series of attempts by a computer literate person to do so. The tried to pay via CC. Tried at least twenty times. The app would not accept any input to the CC field. Tried on and off for at least an hour and again later in the afternoon without success. The GUI in this app is appalling. The structure is also appalling and seems set up to fail and to cause users to fall into the £100 fine trap. Having wasted at least two hours trying to pay my parking charge, which kept increasing when I was trying to pay. I give up and wait for the inevitable fine, which I will unfairly receive. Daylight robbery and all because their ticket machines are out of service. Also it did not recognise the location code , or it would not allow the code to be input. Terrible from day 1. Non-intuitive and deliberately obfuscatory. The app fails to recognise locations or says they are closed, even when they are clearly open. Avoid.

If I could give less I would, this company has to be one of the worst I have ever come in to contact with, I attended a conference at a hotel and followed instructions on the signs for parking, only to be told in reception that the parking was free for delegates, this company response was to keep my £11 and say no refunds under any circumstances. The advice is if this is the company managing the parking the find another space as they really don’t give a s@£t about you at all just money

I have had an issue trying to cancel bookings this week that I had made but did not need. As soon as I raised the issue, there was a very rapid response from the Evology team. The days I could not cancel will be refunded and the actual technical issue regarding making cancellations on the app has been forwarded to the Evology technical team.

I would give it no stars if I could! Totally scam, not taking a payment for a car park when paid in good faith. Automated phone messages so can't ask anyone for help at all so causing a parking fines. In cahoots with Car park partnership to get money I feel. AVOID ANY CAR PARK THAT USES THIS

APP CANNOT BE TRUSTED
Do not use the app it does not always state the correct fee and you will receive a fine which you will lose on appeal.
I'll give you the details here - the charge for parking was £2.70. Your app said I needed to pay £2.70 so I paid £2.70. Guess what? I received a PCN for underpayment. I appealed through POPLA - my appeal was unsuccessful because it was "likely" not definite, but "likely" that 50p was a service charge. So I now have a fine of £100 for a possible 50p service fee. How can anyone get any redress when Evology/Parkingeye/POPLA and the BPA are all working together. There is a total conflict of interest and POPLA are NOT independent. It's a total scam and needs regulating. Absolutely outrageous. My next move is the national press.

Terrible app, messaging and appeal service
The app took forever to process my parking and despite requesting 3 hours it defaulted to 2 hours, which I paid. I opted for a text message, which cost me an extra 25p, which I expected would confirm timings and when it was up, as most parking messages send this but it sent a text saying "View your receipt" with no option to actually view my receipt.
I was over 2 hours, but under the 3 hours I intended to pay and received a parking fine. I appealed it as I didn't understand why, and it has been explained that I went over my 2 hour time slot and so I have had to pay the £60 fine.
I couldn't stand using the app, the message was pointless and costly, and the appeal service was unforgiving.

I have parked my car for almost 11 days…
I have parked my car for almost 11 days and I have an issue with the parking payment system and I have contacted them and they were responding so quickly ! They’re friendly and professional and listen to you and helping you out with immediate assistance! Finally they decided to forgive me from payment because it wasn’t my fault and I’m so glad.
I fully recommend this firm.

This app is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever used. If I could give zero stars—or even minus stars—I would.
Using the Evology app has ended up costing me £100 in a parking fine, and I’m absolutely furious. I followed the process, paid what the app told me to pay, and still had both my initial appeal and my POPLA appeal rejected. No one has been able to clearly explain what I supposedly did wrong.
The app is completely misleading and not user-friendly. I paid £2.70, which I reasonably believed covered up to 2 hours of parking (as that is the advertised tariff). But because of hidden or unclear additional charges, I had actually only paid for 1 hour—without any clear indication of that at the time. I stayed for 1 hour 31 minutes and was fined £100 as a result.
How is it acceptable that the total cost for 1 hour (with extra charges) ends up being exactly the same as the listed price for 2 hours? That is incredibly deceptive. At no point did the app make it clear I was only selecting 1 hour. I trusted the system and simply paid what it told me.
The whole experience has been stressful, confusing, and expensive—especially while dealing with a hospital visit and other personal commitments.
I feel completely misled and let down. I will never use this app again and strongly warn others to avoid it unless they want to risk the same outcome.
I would like a full refund of the £100 I’ve had to pay because of this.

Autopay doesn't work
I had an issue parking in the Wimborne high street car park. I parked there two days in a row and was NOT charged through the autopay system, even though I had registered a few days earlier. This is unacceptable. I'm now concerned that I'll receive two parking charges for a issue that was not my fault. I'd like to know what can be done about it.
I have tried for days to get through on your WhatsApp service, with no luck. I've also emailed via your online form. No response from that either

I previously had a ParkingEye account with £20 credit for hospital staff parking, but since the changeover to Evology, that money seems to have vanished. The Evology app recognises my email address but won’t let me log in or reset my details, and I’ve been unable to access my account at all. Over the past six months, I’ve contacted Evology four times via their website and WhatsApp, clearly outlining the issue, but never received any reply. The customer service is effectively non-existent, and the app is not fit for purpose. I simply want to recover my account (and my £20) and be able to use the system as intended — but there seems no way to get help.
