Overall Okay, first valuation never the amount paid.
Overall the process is ok, just remember that the first valuation is never the true amount. The dealer I used required lots of pictures / videos, sometimes the same ones multiple times.
On the day of collection the payment was in my bank before the car left. The collection person was very helpful.

Car sold very quickly for a reasonable price. Only minor issue was wait times on calling and duplicated emails from the dealer. Great customer service and follow up calls from Silvia. Car gone within a few days with no haggling or fees.

Very positive experience with the whole process. I got a satisfactory offer after uploading the photos of my car, and on the day of pickup, I got paid immediately after the pickup driver did a 20 minute check on the car. And I got exactly what I had been offered - no further deductions nor other fees. Very satisfied.
