I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Exclusive Furniture due to their lack of communication and poor customer service.

We were under the impression that our delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, and no one from their team reached out to tell us otherwise. We had to call ourselves just to confirm, only to find out the delivery wasn’t even happening as expected.

To make matters worse, the representative we spoke with was rude and showed zero concern for our frustration or the inconvenience this caused. There was no effort to apologize, explain clearly, or help resolve the situation.

When you’re making a significant purchase, you expect at least basic communication and professionalism—both of which were completely lacking here.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend based on the customer service alone.

We had an appointment with seller to see a chair at the showroom in Hoofddorp on a Sunday. After an hour long drive they did not show up and did not respond to my calls and messages either. Untrustworthy.

If doing business with this company, get everything in writing and do not rely on salesman promises.

If doing business with this company, make sure all promises are reduced to writing. Our experience in relining on salesman promises from Exclusive Furniture led to a running round and failure to fulfill.

We require extra fabric material to make protective arm covers for our new chairs. We were promised but never received. There was an indication that it was shipped and on the same truck as the chairs, but it was not. We notified the salesperson and were told that they shipped separately, then told it was sent by the postal service. After waiting a few days and still not received, we were told the fabric had been discontinued. If discontinued, how did they make the chairs?

I can only recommend, get everything in writing and do not rely on salesman promises.

This place was a joke

This place was a joke, the sales person kept my wifes drivers license( accident)? hmm, then after all the back and fourths we ended up pulling the trigger and buying some furniture, delivery was down right HORRIBLE! was supposed to be at our house at 4 pm did not show up till midnight, after we removed all the old furniture we shampooed and mopped everything for the new furniture, and waited till midnight for the new, by the time they got there of course the dew set in so they tracked mud and sand throughout our entire home, was supposed to set up the surround sound for our new 5K living room suite, Didnt, left trash, foam stuffing, all over the place inside and out, didnt get to bed till 3 am, asked them to help get the old couch out they didnt, had to drive back to get wifes DL, (hour drive one way)
thewhole thing was miserable, who delivers furniture at midnight? To boot the furniture is WAY over priced, never again.

Dear Mr. Fawad Zavary,

I strongly recommend that you take a serious look into the way your store teams are operating and treating customers. The misbehavior, false commitments, and repeated miscommunication from both your Bellfort and Southwest Freeway locations have been deeply disappointing — not only to me but also to several others in my circle who are now reluctant to shop from Exclusive Furniture.

Despite spending over $15,000 for my new home, the experience has been horrible and unacceptable — from poor customer service and delayed deliveries to incomplete orders and misleading communication from store managers who seem focused only on closing sales rather than serving customers responsibly.

To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the sensor button on one of my furniture pieces fell off, meaning the lighting no longer works — clearly raising questions about the quality and durability of the products as well.

Exclusive Furniture markets itself as a customer-first company, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I sincerely hope you review these incidents personally and ensure no other customer faces such negligence in the future.

At this point, I can confidently say I will not be recommending Exclusive Furniture to anyone going forward.

Already all Trust pilot reviews are negative against EF. Google reviews are 4.8 and Trust pilot not even 3. How is it possible? Matter of a big question mark!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I really would.
My experience with Exclusive Furniture – Southwest Freeway has been absolutely horrible. The entire team is unprofessional, the service is pathetic, and the sales staff feel like a complete scam. They are only nice before you pay — after that, they completely forget you exist.
They promised 100% guaranteed delivery on Friday, and that’s the only reason we made full payment. On Friday, I got several calls warning that if we weren’t home, we’d be charged extra. We waited all day — and when the delivery finally came, they only brought one dresser. The guys said, “The rest will come tomorrow.”
The next day (Saturday), they showed up again with just a mirror and one nightstand. Still no bed, no rails — and when I asked them about it, they said they don’t know when it’s coming, maybe “another truck,” or “there’s no space.” They just dumped the pieces and left rudely.
When I called the store, the sales team and manager were completely useless. They said, “Call corporate, we just sell.” Another said, “Our manager isn’t here.” They kept passing responsibility around instead of helping.
I bought from this store, not from “corporate.” It was their promise that everything would be delivered on Friday — not some random office’s word.
To make things worse, even when I pointed out that the color of one piece didn’t match, the salesperson laughed sarcastically and said, “Oh ho ho, your observation is good.” That was beyond disrespectful.
This store shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero customer service. They will promise you anything to take your money, and once you’ve paid, you’ll be left waiting, calling, and regretting.
Avoid this store completely. Save yourself the stress, lies, and rude behavior. If there was an option for minus stars, they’d deserve every bit of it.

My 80 y/o parents purchased 20k worth of furniture to furnish most of the new home they recently purchased after living in the same home for 50 years. The sales person who sold them the furniture told them that it would be delivered on Thursday 10/2 because their warehouse was “closed” on Wednesday. Store told them they would be receiving a phone call letting them know what time. Thursday rolls around no phone call or furniture from the store so parents called store and was told they would be receiving a phone call. Friday rolls around (today) 10/3 still no call. After driving to the store and talking with both the store managers was assured that it would be delivered today. Parents received a text from store giving them a window from 2pm to 5pm. Parents went to their new house at 1:30 pm to ensure they was in the window. The delivery truck finally shows up at 9pm. Then they was told there bed and other furniture was on back order. Unbelievable!!!! I am so upset!! Please do not even consider buying furniture from their furniture store. My parents spent 20 thousand dollars on furniture for their new home and was really taken advantage of!!! Apparently, the reply on google to apology from the "owner" was about as empty as the rest of the customer service from Exclusive furniture. The number that was left is the main number to Exclusive furniture and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes the person who finally answered the phone had no clue even after being explained what it was making the phone call for. The days for business that have any integrity and customer service is over. It's a big dog and pony show!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE

I initially had a great experience at Exclusive Furniture however, my experience since then has been frustrating and disappointing. I financed nearly $6,000 worth of furniture during the Presidents’ Day sale, but Exclusive Furniture has failed to deliver part of my order and refuses to cancel undelivered items. Despite having written confirmation from Craig that certain items would be removed from my order, I later learned they were special-order items that could not be canceled—something that was never disclosed upfront. They also have strict - "all sales are final" policy which is absurd.

I have also faced multiple delivery failures—after rearranging my schedule several times, my furniture was a no-call, no-show on three separate occasions. Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, with corporate refusing to take responsibility. When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was informed that the Executive VP does not accept customer complaints, and emails to the owner, Sam Zavary, have gone unanswered.

Additionally, I was pushed into financing under misleading terms, only to later discover that if not paid off by June 2025—will cost more than three times the original purchase price. The finance company also charges interest on the total amount financed, even for undelivered furniture that Exclusive Furniture refuses to cancel.

I can no longer recommend Exclusive Furniture as a whole due to their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and refusal to address valid concerns. If you’re considering financing your purchase, be extremely cautious and ask detailed questions, as their lending partner’s terms are predatory.
