Fantastic products. I’ve had a pool dome for a few years but this year I decided to get a new dome plus pool and ladder all from Exit Toys. Couple of issues with some of the pool parts but they replaced them with no problems. I love that you can order/replace individual parts without having to replace the whole product.

Very disappointing refund experience with EXIT Toys.

I returned the items using the company’s own return labels and followed their instructions. Despite this, I have been waiting a long time for my refund and received multiple contradictory explanations from customer service.

First I was told the refund had already been processed. After checking with my bank, no refund had been received. My bank also confirmed that a refund could still be received even though the original Visa card had expired.

Later I was told another refund was delayed because a returned item was allegedly missing, even though all items were sent back in the parcels using their labels. I also have documentation of the return shipments.

The most frustrating part has been the poor communication: different staff giving different answers, no clear ownership of the case, and repeated delays.

Products may be fine, but if something goes wrong and you need support or a refund, be prepared for a stressful process.

We bought an in ground trampoline last November and its been used daily by our boys 10 and 14. It's also had up to 6 children on at one time and its definitely stood the test !! Absolutely worth every penny . Assembly took about 4 hours with 2 men .We got a gardener to dig the hole with a digger, so alot of work went in but we are delighted and would recommend it to anyone !

Købte pool med doom gennem Harald Nyborg. Efter 1 md gik syningen op og jeg blev henvist til exittoys, 3 timer efter jeg havde sendt billede og beskrevet fejlen var sagen lukket med en ny afsendt fra dem. Fantastisk hurtig og proffesionel service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our pool lasted 1 season and now it’s no longer working and customer support will not respond.

We bought our exit toys pool last year and it was great. We put it away properly, cleaned it, made sure it was dry and stored it carefully.

This season we took it out, there is a leak at the stopper at the bottom of the pool and the filter no longer works (it works fine when in rinse mode but as soon as we switch to filter everything stops).

We reached out to support a week ago and no response whatsoever. So we have a full pool just sat there slowly leaking and no filter to keep it clean.

Over 20.000dkk spent for a pool we got to use 1 season.

We want a fix from support (new stopper/ filter), a new pool sent to us or a full refund. But still no response.

Appalling customer service, bought exit dome for swimming pool 2 years ago, the plastic cover completely fell apart at the end of second season. £550 for something that lasts less then 2 years!!! Reluctantly orderes £200+ of spare parts for said dome which doesnt fit the existing structure. Customer service completely useless sending bizarre requests to change the way of it was fitted, which actually made it worse. 1 week back and forward, takes them 24-48 hours to reply via email with useless comments.

In the meantime I have uncovered swimming pool with metal poles sticking out and no resolution.

Avoid the product and this company. Will be escalating with paypal as product not fit for purpose!!

Trampoline binnen 4 jaar al stuk. Wij hadden verwacht dat hij wel minimaal 5 jaar mee kon gaan. Na contact werd er geschreven dat het met het weer te maken zou kunnen komen dat het frame compleet is doorgerot. Als of je een trampoline van ruim 3 bij 2 meter binnen gaat zetten. Zeer slechte kwaliteit net als de service. EXIT de naam zegt het al.

I never leave reviews but had to this time. Exit toys claims to have the sturdiest trampoline frames in the world. They do not. After less than 60 days of use one of the legs has buckled making the trampoline unsafe for my children. They're solution is to send me out a replacement leg, disassemble the trampoline and put on the replacement leg. Not a good solution in my opinion. Our last trampoline lasted 5 years without any damage until a storm took it away. And that one was a lot cheaper than this exit toys one. Stay away!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER
I purchased a trampoline for my children from this supplier a few years ago.
First of all, although the product is of medium quality (not terrible), it presents many problems. For example the fiberglass ring keeps breaking, the mat disintegrates, etc, etc.
Secondly, even more serious is that now they have decided not to ship to my country (Italy) anymore and therefore I will be forced to throw away the entire trampoline soon when I will need, for example, a new fiberglass ring when the one I'm using will break (this happens every year). I find it shocking that they left me abandoned without any solution (several times they tried to divert me to retailers but the retailers don't have the spare parts I need).
Furthermore, their customer service is extremely presumptuous and unhelpful.

STAY AWAY!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience so far. Ordered a 8.3ft trampoline which was to be delivered in 6 boxes. Upon arrival of all 6 boxes (in 2 separate deliveries) we discovered that key components of the delivery were missing (the jump mat, springs, poles for safety net). Also received an incorrect box relating to a base for a 10ft inground trampoline which was not part of our order and have requested that this be collected. I logged a complaint and in fairness they responded, a new order put in to resolve the missing parts. However, I'm still waiting on some remaining items to be delivered. Other parts that were delivered were again incorrect so have had to log another complaint and the return item which they incorrectly shipped is still awaiting collection. Losing all confidence and trust after waiting 4 weeks since order first placed. Very frustrating and disappointing expericence to date.

Bemöter ej reklamation av produkt utan lutar sig enbart tillbaka på garantin och att den är passerad. Att vi har en lagstiftning som innebär att konsument kan reklamera verkar inte företaget känna till eller vilja känna till. Jag är otroligt missnöjd då jag trodde att kvaliteten på, i detta fall, en utomhuspool skulle vara bättre. Med tanke på prislappen jämfört med liknande produkter hos konkurrenter hade jag en förväntan om att produkten i alla fall skulle hålla mer än två år. Oviljan att bemöta vår reklamation gör det till en riktig usel kundupplevelse.

Avoid this company bought a pool for 700€ didn’t open in for a while when waiting do up garden when opened the box 28 extension legs were missing when contacted said noting they could do only sell them to me for €10 each

Ik heb bij de Deense Bauhaus een zand/water tafel besteld. Na het ontvangst ben ik meteen aan de slag gegaan en helaas ging er een plankje stuk doordat die scheef was. Ik heb eerst de Bauhaus dk een bericht gestuurd maar daar ging niet echt vlot, en ben daarna direct naar Exit toys gaan schrijven. Ik kreeg binnen een paar uur al een reactie en binnen een dag werd er een oplossing gevonden en ik kreeg een nieuwe opgestuurd. Super service!

From the day we received our very large box / trampoline the customer support has been on point! Three years later and after a little neglect from covering the trampoline during raining season, I inquired on parts to replace . Not only did I get a reply within 24 hours but a link confirming our original purchase and its required parts.

Amazing customer services... I couldn't find the replacement part I needed on their site but just going through chat they sorted it.

I have recently purchased an outdoor football goal! It is a great quality- I had a small issue with a part and they replaced it without any extra charge immediately! Perfect service, perfect quality. Really appreciated.
