Nach Umzug hat ein Teil der Wippe gefehlt. Kundenservice kontaktiert, einen Tag später ist Ersatz unterwegs. Musste ich natürlich bezahlen, aber das war ja auch Eigenverschulden. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

In april 2023 een mooie EXIT inground gekocht. Eenvoudig te monteren en al veel plezier mee gehad.

Per abuis was de gratis afdekhoes (actie) niet meegeleverd. Was zelf vergeten om na te mailen. Nu het winter is dacht ik er weer aan. Na 1 mail heb ik zonder enig probleem alsnog de hoes nagestuurd gekregen.

Ben erg positief over het product, snelheid van leveren en de service! Maak ik niet vaak meer mee dus dikke pluim!

I ordered a trampoline from EXIT toys for my daughters birthday in September, it arrived the day before her birthday however only 1 of the 3 boxes arrived and we were therefore unable to put her trampoline up ready for her which was her main present. The company emailed and had no idea where or why the other two boxes hadn't been sent, didn't know what the reference number was for the first box to track the other two and kept asking me for this. It's taken until November for them to finally dispatch the other two boxes which makes me think they weren't sent in the first place.

I asked for a partial refund considering how bad the service had been and they offered me a free basketball hoop, which they then forgot to send with the other two boxes and I had to email to ask them if it was going to be sent with the other two boxes to which I had a response 'sorry forgot to add this one, good of you to remind me', which clearly shows that if I hadn't of messaged they wouldn't of sent it.

All in all I'm extremely disappointed considering my daughter has been waiting 2 months for this and wouldn't order from them again.

Ordered the Getset monkey bar set. We had a question before pushing the button and got great customer service. It arrived in Ireland within a week, very straightforward instructions and the set is sturdy and looks like it is designed to last. Very happy with entire experience.

We were very excited when our swimming pool anddime arrived, but having spent 3hr trying to assemble the dome I found a critical part missing and 2 unusable bolts. I asked for replacement parts but just got endless unhelpful responses asking for photos and more info. I inputted the same info both through Amazon and via exits portal over 10 times. Finally after 2 weeks of trying we bought a replacement cover from elsewhere. We requested a partial refund. After a lot of effort we received a refund for £120 less than the value of the dome and only after asking Amazon to intervene. I am still £120 out of pocket. I have received no apology from EXIT and no offer to compensate me for the over 5hr of time I wasted on this matter. EXIT also refused to collect the dome, so I have had to spend yet more time disposing of it. Throughout the process exits staff were rude and unhelpful. Amazon at best indifferent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is a clear issue with the culture of their customer service team. They failed to address to legitimate issue, despite numerous opportunities for them to resolve it! Amazon's interventions were lacklustre at
best.

Ordered two replacement football nets.
The goals have been in the back garden for about 7 year now and these are the first replacements needed.
Exit unfortunately sent one net the correct size and one too small. A quick email and the correct size net was dispatched and arrived 48hrs later.
No return required.
Great service and whilst not the cheapest the products really do work and last.

Quick help when I contacted them. A little longer delevery but clear information of that when I put my order.

Super snel geholpen nadat de beschermrand is stuk gegaan. Ze hebben gelijk een nieuwe opgestuurd terwijl de garantie een maand verlopen was. Top service

Dåligt bemötande gällande en reklamation. Studsmattan vi köpte var ej enligt förväntan. Den hade stora brister på skyddsmaterialet vid fjädrarna vilket resulterade till att regnvattnet aldrig torkade till 100%. Barnens kläder blev alltid blöta oavsett väder. Enligt Jollyrom och leverantören var detta normalt. En lösning från leverantören var att ställa en tyngd i mitten av studsmattan för att få regnvattnet att rinna av. Det rekommenderades att göra efter varje regnoväder.
