When you say you have a product in stock, that doesn't mean ordering it from the States and having it take a month to arrive.

Regularly stocked product doesn't mean it's In Stock... Stock product would shows Availability: In Stock. This is clearly stated in the product is shipping & return tabs... There is a FAQ page as well where you can find the same information... https://exoperformance.ca/faq/
Obviously you buy assuming it was in stock then you blame us for something you should have get sorted out before the purchase.
We are always happy to answer questions pre purchase if you want to confirm availability and/or ETA...

Order came two days faster then expected, great site because I live and Canada and the shipping from Ecs is rediculous and hard to find places that sell ecs stuff where I live.

Good experience all around. Item was not in stock when bought and it was an unknown timeline to receive it. Would like to site to state inventory and/or approx. Wait time on item.

It's something that definately needs improvement but like most if not all car parts website it's almost impossible as we deal with many suppliers but we will definately look into it.
That said you should have received an email following your order saying "Your projected ship date is, 28 Oct 2022" and this timeline was respected as you get the part the 24... So it wasn't an unkown timeline at least not after we processed your order.
Again thanks for your business and if there is anything else sent us an email before ordering if you need to know what would be the estimated ship/delivery date.

Purchased several Vibrant Performance…
Purchased several Vibrant Performance AN fittings. Site is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.
Several of the fittings were purchased in error, the picture was only a representation and not a true picture of the product. For me to ship the fittings back would not have been cost prohibited as I would have had to pay for return shipping and Exo's return policy is that the cost would go on store credit. So I opted to find the fittings I needed elsewhere
