Avoid!!!!!!

Ordered a TV for delivery in 3-5 working days, received email confirmation and money withdrawn from visa. Day 6 now and no sign of delivery.
Received email from expert store in Laois to say purchase had NOT been completed, when I rang the store they knew NOTHING about this email or order! Have emailed and messaged expert.ie , no reply to either. Thankfully visa can recoup the money as a fraudulent purchase but this could take weeks.
Avoid at all costs,

Ordered dishwasher

Ordered dishwasher. Shop unable to tell me when it would be delivered, stated it was up to courier. When delivered, it would not work. Shop insisted it was an installation issue. Kept asking what was wrong, but I can’t describe a technical issue except to say it wasn’t working. Technician called and fixed machine, so therefore wasn’t an installation issue. Machine stopped working a few weeks later. Same thing again, being questioned on what was wrong. Shop again stated issue was between me and original supplier, I advised them it was their issue to fix. I could not get any confirmation on when issue would be fixed. Only when I told them to take back the machine did they listen and had a replacement, different brand, machine available immediately. Will never buy from expert again.

Radio silence and no delivery after order

Ordered a fridge freezer on August 25th where it stated it would be delivered within 5-7 working days.
Got confirmation email within minutes. After that- radio silence. Day 5 nothing, day 6 nothing, I call the helpline number on day 7, no answer. Submit an online query form- no response. Day 8 I call again and get through. Get an email stating the fridge was damaged in warehouse and they have none left- would I like to choose another fridge.....it seems no one thought to tell me this in the 8 days since the order. Obviously opted for a refund as don't want to another order to disappear into ether. Given 2 stars as refund to be fair was actioned promptly. Poor service- would avoid

Ordered Bosch dryer with them

Ordered Bosch dryer with them. Didn’t get any update on order for a week when I rang was told product was damaged and they’d no replacement. No apologies and no offer to try and sort it out. Terrible service. Will never use them again.

Cunniffe electrical.
Long time customer having spent 1000s with them but won't be back unfortunately because I like to shop local.
Installing of Siemens dishwasher. Installer failed to get same size Siemens dishwasher into designated dishwasher kitchen unit. Left without testing that it worked. Tuned off water for our softener which was used for 24 hours and luckily not damaged and left water off attached to new dishwasher. Had to pull out everything below sink and install ourselves. Not a great experience when paying for delivery and installing.

Delivery is a joke

Delivery is a joke. 3-5 days it says on the website, I ordered a dishwasher on the 19 July it came on the 8 th of August with serious damage. Got in contact, will send a new one in 3-5 days and after waiting for 7 days it was out of stock. This followed with picking a new dishwasher and and another 14 days of waiting and it came and the driver asked to to take a look before he took it off the truck as it was damaged. What a joke , if I could give minus stars I would. 36 days waiting for delivery, 19july-25 August and still no dishwasher I’ll be contacting CCCP also.

No sign of delivery after a week!

Almost every appliance in my house was bought in Expert electrical shop in Carlow. I couldn't be happier with the service. So much so, that when the time came, and the only appliance I didn't buy new when moving into the new house gave in..I didn't think twice about where to order the new dryer from.
The website stated 3-5 day for delivery, which I was fine with.
It is now Saturday, a full week later..and no sight of my new dryer. So no dryer until next week, it would be fair to assume. I tried emailing this morning, but no answer, let alone the delivery crew.
I have regreted the decision to shop online with Expert,expecting that the servise would be at least as close as good as it is in their Carlow shop. If I ordered it from any shop i Kilkenny, I would have it ages ago... instead, I have the old dryer sitting in the middle of my kitchen pulled out of the utility room, cleaned and ready to go, and family coming over from abroad for a week. 8 people in one house (4 of which kids) and no dryer!
Such a disappointment after the fantastic experience in Carlow!

What we received was fantastic and looks fantastic in our home. I'll be using these for all our Electric appliance needs going forward.

A lack of (/misleading) information provided on product ...maybe staff don't know much about the goods or maybe they just want to make a sale and dont care. That was my impression ..

Waited over 5 weeks for delivery of mobile phone. Expert would not process refund until they investigated the issue.

End story, phone delivered after 5 weeks & no refund processed. Make your own mind up on this review...

Excellent service

Got a coffee machine and arrived on time. unfortunately there was slight damage during transit. Contacted them and got a replacement hand delivered by them. Would highly recommend them. Great service.

Ordered DJI FPV Controller on 17th…

Ordered DJI FPV Controller on 17th January and still not delivered today is 6th Feb as of this review. after contacting them I was told Item is not in stock.. So why did you even list it on the website. Now I requested cancellation on 2nd Feb and I have not heard anything back. Will avoid this company it's faster to order something from China then Ireland these days.

I order printer Epson on 04/11/2024 was problem in internet shop no confirmation no tracking number on next day I rang again and asked where is problem o no problem you get printer on and next day I get email sorry out off stok after 10 minute again email on Monday I have a printer but To day is Monday no tracking number to day is 11/11/2024 I rang again and news is the DPD.ie failed only delivery tomorrow or after tomorrow so never ever I don't bay again 😭

Oh my god, cowboys, cowboys cowboys. Ordered a phone that was 'in stock'. Watching online to see updates etc, and after a few days, nothing. Sent in submission. Ignored. Still watched and nothing. Second submission, ignored. Then I began ringing (waste of time, they don't answer), and eventually got an email to say the item wasn't in stock and my refund was due. Needless to say I wasn't happy, but it was the ignoring that sent me over the edge. Basic customer skills do not exist. When I asked for the interest accrued on my full payment taken, and but for the fact I had to keep onto them about where my order was, I'm pretty sure they'd never have contacted me, again, this request was ignored. Now, that said, I'm actually delighted as we've recently moved, and we need new appliances for the kitchen, and was hoping to bag a bargain for maybe Black Friday (with a budget of 5k), and wanted to shop Irish. Not a chance now. If I could give zero stars I would. Shockingly bad. And imagine if you actually bought from them and there was an issue!!! You'll never hear back from them.

Emailed them about an item I wanted to purchase. Didn't even have a reply! Where is the customer service.
Others seemed to have issues to with trying to contact the company too.

I bought the Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy…

I bought the Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy Watch 7. I sent several emails asking about delivery and each time it only talked about the Galaxy Buds. That it would be delayed for 1 month and that Samsung was notifying me. Ok. But what about the Galaxy Watch 7? What is the reason for not delivering. After 15 emails, they replied that they had no more stock and that delivery would only be made next week. I bought it in pre-sale to have the product before and in the end I will have the product who knows when.

I had already purchased from them and liked the service. However, they were unable to maintain the quality of the service. Unfortunately. But I believe the company is good and it was just a separate case. I just didn't like sending 15 emails.

I answered this already and got no reply. My purchase arrived damaged, just dumped on my door. Since it was on sale, I decided to keep it as the returns procedure was too convoluted. I assume it works as I have yet to use it. The damage was a dent in the stainless steel case. The box was covered in some green goo, so something fell on it and damaged it through a double box. Nothing light then.
