Ordered a Samsung heat pump dryer which arrived damaged. Still waiting on replacement

I purchased product online, but forgot to add 10 euro discount code. I emailed on the day of purchase to say this, but I didn't hear anything back. I thought I may have gotten 10 euro off delivery charge. When I phoned I was told that I could get 10 euro discount off my next purchase, but I wasn't happy with this.

Ease of ordering and speedy delivery

I didn’t get my package. I was waiting 2 weeks. And you don’t answer and don’t help me at all. I want to get refund my money. Because I still don’t have my parcel!

I was a bit afraid on this one because the prices were much cheaper than in other places. But in the end, everything came on the time and conditions as announced.

Would be even better if the delivery was tracked.

Item paid and order in store. Have been told that will be ready for collection within week. Two weeks after when come to collect have told item not arrived and can't get it.
Complete waste of time. Shop staff maner awful, don't care about customer. Avoid and by with other retailers!!!!!

Made a purchase on 26th Friday and have received 2 emails once the order was made. Purchase was made with Humm and not sure if they require full payment as no one is communicating with me.

Nothing since, I've emailed 3 times now to get an update on the order and no one has responded to me.

At least let me know what's happening with my order.

Ordered product got confirmation email including being told order was being delivered by a certain transporter and that they'll be in touch.3weeks later told the warehouse made a mistake and can't fulfil my order .I ordered 1 item.i had to make several calls and emails to eventually be told this after being told numerous times it was transporter be in touch with delivery date.
