Dreadful service from start to finish.. Initially was quoted a figure & booked it in, only to be told that they could no longer fulfil the booking. I went away and looked for someone else to which (not) Expert Electrical then contacted me to re book the appt. For the sake of ease I took the appt as it saved the homeowner changing days. The day after the appt was due they contacted me to let me know that it hadn’t been done, the employee had mysteriously left and that although they were sorry, I wasn’t the only person affected (as if I cared!)..
Save your time and your energy, if you go cheap you get what you pay for….
PS Would’ve rated them 0 but wasn’t given the option!
Interestingly following my initial review I have been contacted several times by EES to discuss my review of their services.
This afternoon I answered the phone whilst at work and have had a discussion with EES about my experience. As I stated my review was entirely factual and unfortunately they were not able to deliver the service that they promised - blaming others for this outcome doesn’t help the purchaser of their services.
I appreciate that this is not want they wanted to hear but I stand by my review and phoning, talking over me and trying to make me feel guilty about my comments is not particularly professional.
As for the comments about my review history (that’ll be 2 including yours 😂), I’m not sure I see the relevance, but there we are

Frustratingly as a business Ms Evans has requested our honest reply to be removed which is unfair. This is now my third attempt to respond to false accusations. We gave the upmost service to keep you informed throughout the day and unfortunately out of our control the engineer was unable to make the scheduled appointment. This was the first offence and we apologised profusely and was responded with an unfair review and unkind words.
However, we wish you the very best in the future.
